This ram works perfectly for my aging system. It may not be the biggest and the best but it definitely provided the performance boost I needed. Upgraded from 2 to 8 Gigs on a Windows 7 system.

I took the time to talk to the Geek Squad and then an Apple expert at the store and they managed to order me the wrong type of memory for my model of iMac. Great gear but the help in the store was just not up to par for Best Buy.

it works fine as my pc performs a little faster. Of course, it always a good idea to search and find the correct memory for a desktop before purchasing. I am glad I did and now I am happy with this purchase.

This memory performs very well and the price is excellent for 8 gb. I have never had any problems with PNY.

Good price to upgrade or replace the memory in your PC Been using several months without issues

RAM is kind of mundane these days. Either it works--allowing you to have your browser with hundreds of tabs open and still play a video without too much lag--or it doesn't (and that's usually because it was bad when it left the factory or you picked out the wrong one). This is exactly that. It's good-quality RAM at a not exorbitant price (if you're like me and didn't feel like waiting for shipping).

I upgraded my system from 8GB to 16GB of RAM, using two of the PNY kits. I installed the first kit with no issues. After installing the second kit and booting up the system, I was getting blue screens of death after about 5 mins. I tested the modules and found a bad one out of the group. Got it switched out and now everything is working as it should. Hopefully it was a fluke, but it does make me question the longevity.

After reviewing several websites which sell computer components, I decided to purchase my RAM from Best Buy. It was what I was needing, it was mailed to my house, and it was the best price I could find. It was easy to install and works perfectly. No problems.

For the price this has been a great purchase. I've never noticed much of a difference in quality between ram brands before but these chips have won me over. Only complaint is more of a store issue than the product: they are placed in a gaming aisle away from the computer equipment. I originally looked near the computer equipment aisles and all I found were cheap memory. Since I had come to the store specifically for this memory I almost left since I could not find it and the personnel couldn't tell me where it was either. On a whim I decided to look at a gaming keyboard and was told they were in a separate aisle in the middle of the store. Kind of a strange separation.
