Good memory. I got it because it was what BestBuy had, and its good. The LED's are in rainbow mode always, even in sleep mode. software can control them, once the OS is powered up, and logged in. also they have like 7 LED's, so the light isn't smooth smooth. I got this set twice, I like them.

Defective Ram

One of these sticks of ram is bad. I've sent for a replacement. Not happy. It took me several hours of assuming that it couldn't possibly be the new ram and testing everything else before pulling out one stick and testing the other in both slots (worked). Inserted the second and it didn't boot up at all. I've sent for a replacement, but I shouldn't have to.
