Customers appreciate the XLR8 Gaming Single Fan NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER graphics card's strong performance and effective cooling capabilities, frequently citing its ease of installation and good value for the price. However, some customers note that the card can be noisy under load and that the price point may be high for some users. The single fan design is a point of both praise for its compact size and criticism for its potential noise.

I got this card as a temporary measure before acquiring a 3070. So far it has proven worthy running newer games. I can get 100+ FPS on Warzone with 1440p on ultra. About 40-60 on 4K Low settings. Even with a single fan this card keeps cool under heavy loads which is very impressive. Definitely a good option if you're thinking about staying at 1080-1440 resolution settings. I paired this card with a B550-F Mobo, Ryzen 5600X, and 32GB of ram. So far so good.

Even with 1 fan this card does not run hot compared to my previous card. Tested the fan at load, noise was not bad. Couldn't hear it with my headphones. This card let me play games at 1440p 60fps with only turning down shadows to high.
Solid card, a good price vs performance ratio.

Well when this card was $319 it was the best valued card out there.
Perfect for 1080p gaming and the best feature...
Its size. I was able to fit this small card in to my Dell small business computer.
It was a perfect fit. and also since it draws little power those business computer have no problem powering this GPU.
I will recommend .. at the right price of course !!

I paid more for this GPU than I probably should have… but I’ve been incredibly happy with it’s performance. It was a massive step up from the integrated graphics I had been using. I can play most games at high settings in 1080, and maintain over 60 fps most of the time. Great card and great value. My only gripe is that the Nvidia hd audio drivers borked my motherboard’s onboard audio.

I upgraded to this card from my old GTX760 specifically to play DCS World (flight simulator). I went from 30fps at low settings on my 760 to over 60fps on high settings with the new GTX1660. Keep in mind this is also being used with a 9yr old Core i5 processor. The card is much smaller than my old card and also quieter. There are no extras in the box, it's just the card and instructions to download the drivers. That's really all I needed anyway. Great value.

I was hesitant being a single fan device for such a decent graphics card, This thing sheds heat well and is low power consumption compared to some of the more power hungry cards. Especially in the midst of a GPU shortage, I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.
Downside is that it should probably be $250 not $320. But in this market we don't really have room to complain.

This was a great card to get during the given market. I would purchase it again to hold me over. However, if you can get your hands on an FE3060ti, then of course that would be a no brainer. Good luck to all those out there trying to get a card.
This card is a bit smaller so would be great for a sff, or low power draw system.

Upgraded from a GTX 960 and now my old FX-8350 on a Sabertooth 990fx with 16gb of 1866 mhz of ram plays the newest games at 1440p @60 fps on ultra settings and rates high on Steam’s VR Test. The GTX 1660 Super is very capable of powering VR. I use an Oculus Quest connected to this “old” pc for sim racing and it is amazing! It’s also very stable when overclocked using MSI Afterburner.

Great solid little card that you can actually find in stock.
My 980Ti finally gave out, and this was pretty much the only thing available. I am very surprised that it packs this much of a punch in a small, low-power solution. It's able to run my HTC Vive just fine, including games like Beat Saber and Skyrim.

Very good GPU. Is it a 30 series graphics card? No. But you will be surprised with this purchase. Don’t be fooled by the fact that the technology is a few years old, it is a very good graphics card. It runs warzone at 120 FPS give or take on low/normal settings. I was very impressed.

Great card if you can find it for the "original" MSRP, and if you can find it in stock. Works great for 1080p gaming without having to step up to the RTX tier of cards. It sips power, and the fan isn't noisy at all.

Good card. Great $/MH/s efficiency. Have to set memory to negative to overclock due to memory on chip. 32MH/s on average with these cards. Single 8-pin. Real sleeper. Super small as well so you can go either dual level or with a shorter depth frame when building your rig.

Way overpriced, even when i bought it ~350$. the gpu market aside, it performs admirably for not being an rtx model. The cooling system for this particular model doesnt feel beefy enough with only one fan, get one with dual fan if possible (keyword). still a good card if you can get it for a decent price. Good luck

This is a great little card for the price. Small enough to fit in a tight case and with 6GB GDDR6 it performs well. The build quality is a bit on the cheap side but they get the job done. They do tend to get hot if you over clock them and with only one fan you need to make sure your case has adequate cooling.

A great mid-level graphics card; you can’t go wrong with it. Unfortunately the Bitcoin miners have driven prices sky high. I bought a 1660 Super, different brand a year ago for a hundred USD less! It’s a good card for gaming, you won’t be disappointed.
