an action film staring a very young Keanu Reeves and perhaps Patrick Swayze's best performance. Bank heists, surfing, sky diving, football - you name it this film has it. The plot involves undercover cop Reeves trying to find a gang of bank robbers, but maybe he got more than he bargained for. 3 out of 4 *

I had never seen Point Break, an egregious oversight for any fan of Keanu Reeves. Bought this for a Keanu Reeves movie marathon and it was entertaining (if you like Keanu's distinct style). MUCH better than the remake which I couldn't even make it through.

I saw this movie when it first came out years ago and there was no spec. in the middle of the picture. I am disappointed because I had to return a movie to your store that didn't play at all. Don' t know if your "sale" selections are meant to be that way; I'd purchased movies from your store in the past which I didn't have problems with.

I love this movie. It takes me back to my youth when all I did was watch movies. Ahh the good old days.

I don't think Patrick Swayze is acting in this movie, he was on his natural environment. Keanu plays the counter part really well. I like the part where Patrick shouted at Keanu..."hey...I'll see you in the next life..." that line stay with me forever....don't know why.

One of the classic movies from the 90's hits Blu-Ray and it is a welcome addition to my library. Although the acting from Keanu Reeves is hit or miss most times (and usually a miss), somehow it seems to work for this film. Great action film.

This is a really cool movie, everyone should see it at least once. I have seen it a handful of times and my boyfriend has seen it countless times. We love it, had to have it on blu ray!!! The story is great and the script is good too! Watch it!! :)

Johnny Utah, the former OSU QB -- one of multiple movies where Keanu plays a former Ohio State Buckeye -- really shines is this vintage classic. Don't waste your time watching the remake, this original has breathtaking surfing, great action, and a solid story line.

This is a classic movie. A must have in our blue ray collection. The inter action of the actors are great. The CGI is acceptable as long as don't compare with the new Point Break movie. Don't compare the story btw them neither. This old Point Break is to keep, period

This movie stands the test of time better than I would have thought. Some of the lines were terrible but you'd have to expect that from this type of movie. Funny how similar it is to original Fast and Furious. Bluray quality was decent but could have been better.

Hollywood seems to be lost for fresh ideas. This version of the film is the best. Go with the original. Remember what happened to coke when they changed the recipe? That's the current state of Hollywood I'm afraid.

Definitely a classic , makes you wanna get a mask and go make some money

Such a great movie, it holds up. Real shame that only the remake has a 4k available. Still worth owning though.

I have seen both this (the original) and the remake, I feel that Bodie's motivations in the remake are ones I can get behind. In the original Bodie was too greedy and self-centered which made it hard to feel for him with Johnny's betrayal.

what a movie at a great price. when I look for movies at a great price I always go to Best Buy.com...you can order it online and just stop by the store and they have them ready...no shipping and no waiting :)

Not going to review the movie but rather the blu ray quality. This movie looked great on blu ray considering it is 30 years old. Wow

A fun movie from Start to Finish. Everyone is great in the movie. Swayze is on another level. Don't buy the remake. This should be the only Point Break to purchase, watch, and discuss.

Just an all around great movie that I like just as much now as I did all those years ago. I believe my first copy was VHS.

Once I saw this blue ray movie on DVD at Best Buy I just knew I had to purchase it! It's a classic at it's best! Highly recommend it to everyone! Buy it on Blue ray! Some of the best actors are on this movie.
