This 3 DVD set includes all but 1 of the entire Orange Islands episodes. The episode The Mandarin Island Miss Match is not included on this DVD set due to the controversy surrounding Jynx.

I'll keep this simple. It's not really "complete." The set is missing two episodes from the previous release. The 2008 release contained the episodes "Stage Fight" and "The Mandarin Island Miss-Match." This release has omitted them since they both feature Jynx. Be aware of this before buying this set. As for the video quality? Well, it's pretty awful. I can't really put it any other way. Honestly, the early Pokémon DVDs from Viz look awful. Still, unless you track down the original DVDs or the 2008 box set, this'll have to do.
