The story was alright but I just can't get behind the realistic Pokemon designs

I enjoy playing Pokemon games so I was excited and a little worried since many video game movies tend to be bad. This movie did not disappoint me, had a blast watching it.

When I heard they were doing a movie about Pokemon my expectations were very low. After watching a movie I can state for sure that this movie is quality and is worthy of the fan base.

Was very suprised how well the cgi was in this film for the pokemon. I enjoyed the movie, hope they do more pokemon movies with the basic idea of a young kid moving up the gym ranks. Still a must buy for any pokemon fan.

Missed it in theater so was recommended by store personal, It wasn't a bad movie.

Great movie for old and new Pokémon fans of all ages. Great plot line. Moderately paced to keep the viewers attention and plenty of laughable one liners.

I woke up as a 10-year-old kid to the very first episode of Pokemon and I recall the feeling I had then when I watched this for the first time. I will always be a fan and this was a hilarious spin.

The kids enjoyed liked the movie! They thought it was a good Pokémon movie!

I thought this was already great in the theaters but still cool to have if ur even remotely a pokemon fan and don't "read into things" too much when watching it....plus, I just find Pikachu funny.

The story line is great! And of course the Pokémon are either Cool looking or too cute!!!! My 3 year old was into it for a good while because of the Pokémon characters. This is a must buy on Blu-Ray!

This movie is incredible. It's so cool seeing so many Pokemon brought to life in a real world movie. This movie made me laugh, sad and happy. This is definitely a movie I will watch again and again.

Good movie for older children to watch and enjoy............................

I don't understand the Whole Pokemon craze but I do now after watching this movie. I think this is great for Kids and Adults and hey who wouldn't want Pikachu hanging around.

My boys loved it because the grew up with Pokémon. Nice watch for a one time.

Great movie to entertain the kids. Well made with lots of visually stunning scenes. Personally I feel like 4K is a must for a film like this. Would definitely recommend for family entertainment.

Thought they should have just stick with original characters such as Ash.

I saw this when it came out in theaters and was excited to finally get it in person at Best Buy. It's a great movie for a great price and makes a good gift for any Pokemon fan of any age
