I love this show, was a great buy and would recommend it.

This set is amazing! I mean season 1 is where it all started, some of the greatest battles and greatest episodes happen in this season! So much nostalgia, I've watched through the whole season at least a half dozen times and it never gets old. Sadly there are the usual banned episodes missing, which is a disappointment, but still a great collection either way,

I originally bought the blu ray version only to discover it did not include all of the episodes. Returned blu ray and bought the dvd instead which has all the original episodes.

No fancy collector's booklet or casing, but definitely a must have for a Pokémon fan!!! Has pretty much all the original episodes from the series and Ash Ketchum's journey all the way up to the Pokémon Indigo League. Enjoy Ash, Pikachu, Misty, Brock and Team Rocket anytime with this collection!!!

I was hoping a complete set of the first Pokémon season would come in a nice DVD case. Instead it's just the three individual parts that had already been released in a box. Kind of sad. I'm also not fond of the lack of an episode list within the cases.

Bought for my grandson and he loves it. Was happy that I received it a few days before estimated date also.

I was happy they finally got a complete set instead of purchasing the 3 original separate, I got it for a very low price since they were on clearance. I love this show.

This compilation is a great item for any Pokemon fan who wishes to relive the original anime. This is the original series and starts from the very first episode of Pokemon.

If you grew up with Pokémon, this season set is for you, this is the originals episodes I used to watch when I was younger. Great present for any Pokémon fan!!!

So much nostalgia! Brings me back to my childhood memories and watching and recording these episodes on VHS every Saturday morning! Such a great set!

I waited for many years for this to come out on DVD! This cartoon is one of my the most memorable one as a child.
