Highly recommend Pokopia. I genuinely believe it’s better than Animal Crossing. (No one moves out here, for one thing.) I love creating habitats for each Pokemon and unlocking new furniture and other items. The environment is very customizable as you can remove blocks of soil, grass, etc. from the ground and place them where you want as well. Playing as a Ditto that can transform to use other Pokemon’s abilities is so fun and cute. Especially the Lapras! There’s a story to play through but to a certain extent you can play at your own pace to improve the environment and decor in one location before moving on to other tasks (and even returning to do more). There’s online content that allows you to take pics of other players’ items so you can “3D print” them at the Pokemon Center. I just can’t stop playing this game. If there ever was a game that could be categorized as a system seller for the Switch 2 I think this could be it. I wanna house ‘em all!

An excellent game that beautifully showcases the charm of Pokemon while also evoking the chill sensation of the Animal Crossing series! Overall, a very cozy game, emphasis on cozy: no combat or puzzles, sadly, but worth a try for any Pokemon fan!

Gorgeous game, cozy with exploration and puzzles to solve. If you like Pokemon, Animal Crossing, and/or Dragon Quest Builders, this will scratch the itch and let you sink hour and after hour into creative freedom.

I've logged 260 hours in this game so far, I recommend the Digital version over the 'physical' as the physical is a key card download and won't save on data space for the console. If you are more into the battling of pokemon and not the story or character interactions this likely isn't the game for you. This is a cozy game with a large space to customize the world's appearance.

Pokémon Pokopia is a fun and relaxing experience of a game. Filled with both older and newer generation Pokémon, it blends nostalgia for old friends and interest with some new Pokémon that you might not have met on a previous journey. The overarching story involving why the Pokémon are alone on the planet with no humans was interesting and emotional. The gameplay formula is fun and borderline addictive as you search for new Pokémon friends and the habitats they appear from. Once you near the end of your journey you have tools to shape the world and build your idea of the perfect Pokémon paradise!

Super fun cozy game! I love learning about all of the Pokémon you come across and how much you can customize everything. Much like in Animal Crossing, hours FLY by playing this one. Definitely recommend!

This is a seriously fun cozy game. Definitely lots of things that remind me of Animal Crossing, but it’s also so different, and the Pokémon’s personalities are adorable! I’ve been playing non stop.

Best cozy game Ive played in a while. The amount of stuff you can build and collect is crazy.

This game has done what Animal Crossing did for us back during COVID x 10 ! Highly addicting and if you’re a fan of Minecraft, Animal Crossing, Etc. this is it !

It’s an outstanding cozy game but be wary if you get easily stressed by requests from in game characters. There’s not really any time rush to complete these quests but it can be overwhelming if you put that pressure on yourself. The freedom to build your own world is amazing and the story is wonderful. Cute characters, large worlds, and plenty of secrets to discover. Prepare to spend hundreds of hours here.

Pokeopia brings a whole new play style to the Pokémon series! Let’s just say I’ve been playing Pokémon for a long time and I’ve played almost every single game. I love that this game changes the status quo and brings a good mix of the animal crossing Minecraft feeling to it. This game is sure to have tons to explore and discover!

It was ready day one like advertised and it's such a great game. I think it justifies my purchase of the Switch 2 for me. The mystery, the game play loop, there's no battling and honestly that's alright. More 3rd party companies need to make games for this series because we're missing out on perfection. I can't emphasize enough, if you can get it, get it.

I have never given these types of games a chance. I got this because I was looking for a chill experience and boy did I get that and more. This game has hooked me from the beginning and I struggle to put it down. I love the mechanics and the concept. I'm glad I can take it on the go too

A cozy sim game that is hard to put down for how simple and cute it is.

This game is amazing. Best Pokemon game in years. It’s super addicting and really easy to lose yourself in. One of the best games in general that I have played recently and am dropping tons of hours into. There are a ton of Pokemon to find, the story is engaging, and exploring and building is so much fun.

Game is great. Much more content than anticipated. Ordered digital pre order. Able to download beforehand and play right away on launch day. Also came with a preorder bonus tote bag. That was ready to pick up on the day of release as well. Smooth transaction. Even better game!

I don't even know how much time I've spent on Pokopia. 100% worth the time though. Fun for the entire family. I've never played a minecraft-like game before but this is something I really enjoy.
