BB “Drops” more like FLOPS

Such a frustrating experience. In app early, then in cue, only to be booted with nothing. Now, ill never buy Pokemon from “Best” Buy again.

Broken Seal on In-Store Pickup
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Seal was broken and corner was damaged from in-store pickup. Asked if it could be traded for a new undamaged product with fresh seal and was denied. Very upsetting and frustrating.

SMASHED SHIPPED IN ENVLELOPE
