Lost package. Terrible support.

PURCHASED THIS ITEM FOR PROMO NON IN STOCK

I went to the store and they acted like theyd never recieved a single one. Tried to call customer service and they said that there wasnt a single one in my staye . I think this is very misleading and traps customers into making a purchase.
