The Best Chance to Get a Hit!

Pulled a rainbow arceus out of one of these. It's honestly all luck, but still fun to think these have better hit rates than standard packs.

Most 3pks come with at least 1-2 hits.

Hit or Miss.

Brilliant Stars has been a pure hit or miss for me. Got 8 packs from a different store and had 7 holo/rainbow/ultra rare pulls. Got 5 packs from Game stop plus the 3 packs from Glaceon set had one vmax holo. That's 8/16 50% chance of nice pulls. Definitely buying more.
