Rips and same box

Bestbuy needs to do better

Poor Experience at BestBuy in Rockaway

One of the boxes was ripped in 2 sections. Yet when I asked BestBuy Rep if I can have a different one, like that Jolteon behind him, he said sorry luck of the draw you got 2 of the same and that customers online order happen to get a Jolteon Box. Horrible experience at the Rockaway BestBuy!!
