The staff members were excellent—friendly and doing their best with a high-demand release. However, the current queuing system needs work. Having people line up early in the morning (or even the night before) creates an unnecessary barrier for those who can't be there at 4:00 AM. A raffle or "lottery" system for these drops would be much fairer, deter scalpers, and keep the environment peaceful for all collectors. Love the store, just hope to see a more equitable process next time!

Super Cute Promos!

I have already sleeved them and am trying to think of how I want to display them. Shout out to Best But once again for holding firm on the one item per sku limit.

They are one of the last stores that sell at MSRP. And they let my grand kids buy some. Other stores only sell to adults. Thank you Best Buy!
