Got this etb on day of the drop. I was a little disappointed because my boyfriend & I waited all night to get it & when the employees we’re handing out the tickets I had gone to the gas station to use the bathroom. Mind you they started passing out the vouchers at 8:37 & BB DIDNT OPEN UNTIL 9 so I thought I had time. My stuff was there and even the people in line vouched for me but the manager didn’t give me anything. The line wrapped around and everyone else still managed to get something except for me, someone who waited 10+ hours in the cold. I managed to snag an etb & sleeves packs because people were kind enough to give me some of their vouchers but overall a disappointing experience

Pulled some ok cards. Over paid shop elsewhere for a lower price.

Really happy with this purchase. It’s refreshing to find a Pokémon ETB available at true retail pricing without any markup. The Phantasmal Flame ETB is a great product overall—solid pack selection, nice presentation, and everything you expect from an Elite Trainer Box. Found it in store in great condition, and it’s perfect whether you’re opening packs or keeping it sealed for a collection. Big plus to Best Buy for making this available at MSRP. Would definitely buy again and recommend to both collectors and casual fans.

Hate buying over priced cards but I did it for Christmas. Cards legit and found a few hits. Shipping was very fast.

Went to Best Buy during release week for the Mega Evolution – Phantasmal Flames drop, and there were 20+ people ahead of me in line. With how limited these products are, especially on release day, I honestly thought they’d be gone before my turn, so finally getting an ETB felt amazing. I was hoping to also pick up the Charizard Ultra Premium Collection for Phantasmal Flames, but that one was already gone by the time I got to the front, which shows how fast these products sell out. Still, I’m very happy I at least walked away with this ETB, and I’d definitely recommend lining up early at Best Buy for high-demand Pokémon releases like this.

This is an excellent set that included some awesome cards. We highly recommend it.

I was satisfied with my purchase the Cashier was very professional and Knowledgeable of the products I requested even though the Security Guard was very rude and unprofessional, the cashier made the trip to best buy worth it . I would highly recommend Best buy.

Wow what a great value for this product. I luckily also had a $10 credit to spend so it was an even better purchase for me. I love that Best Buy has Pokemon product and that it is reasonably priced. Would highly recommend to others!
