Loved how many booster bundles and packs for destined rivals they had in stock that day. The General Manager named Irving is a great guy and is fair to the people who actually wait in line. We've had many people try to let their friends jump the line or have people place chairs as a spot holder but he makes those people wait in line instead of letting them jump in with their friends. This makes it fair for those who actually wait in line vs those who show up 1 hour before they open. Very fair and very appreciated by many. Thanks to the way the lines are kept in order and the limit of items per purchase, this gives everyone a chance to buy products and not have to worry about fights like at other stores. The people who complain about his methods of how to manage a line, are the same ones who place chairs for their friends who show up hours later.

I love this set it brings back so much nostalgia from the original Team Rocket series, but with the addition of some beautiful full artwork chase cards. And the fact that Best Buy has them in stock pretty regularly at the best price available makes it even better!

Great Product with shiny card board and wonderful art work. Unfortunately I didn’t get the really fancy shiny cardboard. Most thrilled that it was actually in stock.

Best Buy is literally the best place to buy Pokemon cards fron nowadays. Pretty much every other major retailer has jacked up prices $5-$10 but Best Buy is still motivated to make their customers satisfied and provide the best deals possible. To me that is more valuable than anything when a company truly cares about the customer! I will continue to use Best Buy for my Pokemon TCG purchases. My only complaint is that they mever have any stock and you have to show up the day they get stock in for any chance to get product but otherwise Best Buy is the BEST.
