Scalpers get dozens of orders through, I finally get one and they cancel it. Do better.

Best buy canceled my order and had the audacity to asked me to review it.

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase of the Prismatic SPC! After trying for so long to get one, I finally managed to secure it through Best Buy’s raffle. Huge thanks to them for making the process fair and giving REAL people like me a REAL chance. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I also really appreciate the Best Buy team for carefully packaging the item and ensuring it arrived in perfect condition. And a big thank you to the delivery driver for getting it here safely, no issues at all, which I genuinely appreciate. Overall, I’m beyond excited and grateful to finally have this in my hands.

Absolutely awful pull rates but atleast it was fun opening

The product itself is fine; the problem lies with Best Buy's sales model. I saw the pre-order notification for the physical store online, went to the store, queued at the service desk to place my order, and the staff automatically selected mail delivery for me without asking if I wanted in-store pickup. The next day, my order was cancelled, and I received a cancellation email. When I went to the store to inquire, I was only told that Best Buy's backend had cancelled my order. Meanwhile, my friend who went to the store with me to place his order (but placed his order later than mine) chose in-store pickup, and his order was not cancelled, and he received his package normally.

This is a great set when you could get it for MSRP but not so good when its upcharged. Very hard to find

Walked into Best Buy looking for pokemon cards. Manager said they received the prismatic spc’s and was able to buy one without having to wait hours in line at a different store!

I ordered in store and waited 3 weeks for my order to come in and when that day came to pick up , they told me they couldnt fulfill my order, so they cancelled my orders. Im very upset with best buy. I wouldn’t recommend placing orders in store. My product got backdoored or was given to someone else
