    Had a great experience picking up some Pokémon TCG products here. The manager at the door set a great tone right away, and the general staff were incredibly helpful and kept the store orderly. ​My only feedback for corporate/management is regarding high-demand releases. The "ghost chair" culture where resellers line up chairs overnight is frustrating for genuine collectors. Implementing a raffle or lottery system for these drops would go a long way in making things fair and rewarding the customers who actually show up to shop, rather than those just camping a spot.
