Good addition and continuation from X & Y but still not surpassing the first 3 generations of Pokemon

If you've never played any Gen 7 Pokémon game, the Ultra games are probably the pick to get into, especially since future games will use this one as canon. However, a few of the changed story beats are annoying and if you've already played the original Sun & Moon, there's no point getting these unless you really, really want a living Pokedex.

If you already played Sun or Moon don't expect too much. Only got it because I only got regular Moon.

I love Pokémon so this wasn't a hard choice to make. You won't regret it
