There are now too too many Pokemon to catch but hey, it's all good! The graphics look amazing. The animation has greatly improved and it amazes me how much it's evolved since Pokemon Red & Blue. Like the previous versions, there are minor additions here and there. If you enjoy Pokemon, you've probably already played the game. If you haven't, you should.

Great game, graphics, story...highly recommended! Love it!

I purchased this game after taking more than a year hiatus from playing Pokemon. Thanks to this game, it got me back into Pokemon for 2 years now (still counting !). The improvement in graphics from Gen 5 to Gen 6 was excellent ! Definitely one of the best Pokemon game generations out there !

I haven't played Pokemon since the original Pokemon Red, but this is a great game. The graphics have been improved so much in the last 10+ years. The gameplay is such a great reminder of the original, very nostalgic. In addition, the game takes such a long time to finish, it's definitely worth the money.

Pokemon sure has evolved since my time, I used to play Pokemon Fire Red and Emerald and all the games that Game Boy used to sell. I recently decided to buy a Nintendo 3DS and this game was on my list to try out. The graphics have improved dramatically and the game play is endless fun.

This is a really fun Pokemon game. I'm sure you've played the series before if you're picking this up and you'll enjoy this game just as much or more than any other recent Pokemon game. If this is your first Pokemon game you're picking a great point to start off at. Really fun game.

I bought a Nintendo 3ds specifically to try out this game and this game exceeded my expectations. I've been a Pokemon fan since I was a little kid and I've been playing these games since Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire. The 3rd graphics are easily the most coolest part about the game. It's really crazy to think about how far gaming and Pokemon has come. The battling in the game is beautiful. I would like a change in the storyline and a bigger map like Pokemon SoulSilver but this is great. So the graphics were awesome and mega evolutions were the best part of the game. Overall if you're a Pokemon fam this is a MUST HAVE.

I actually only started playing the game. I don't even think I have my first badge yet! I'm trying to collect as many Pokémon in Ruby/Sapphire/ Emerald/ Leaf Green/ and Fire Red first, then transfer to Pearl, then to White V2, and finally to X...phew, but you know you "Gotta Catch Em' All!"

So i got this PKM game because i wanted to explore the new creatures on this generation. I own the Omega RUBY version and really enjoyed the way they remastered PKM on the new graphical engine. Just for background, have played every single PKM game since i can imagine. Never heard so much hipe of X and Y version, i started playing and noticed right away this was a PKM different from the others, you can do so much thing you dont see in the other versions. Highly recomended!

I have been a fan of Pokemon since the original Red and Blue came out for Gameboy. I have never played the 3DS ones so I figured I would give it a try, so far it's an interesting game. It's much different that what I am used to playing but all in all I like it!

Played the first gen all the way till this gen? If you're truly a pokemon fan, This is very similar to the older generations except with better graphics. What can you say? as a pokemon game it cannot get any more worst or better! keep it up pokemon company!

I've played every Pokémon game all the way back to Red and Blue when I was a kid. This game is arguably the best game in the Pokémon series. Not usually much of a story to these games, nor is the story the focus, but this one has a decent one if you pay attention to it. While I enjoy the ability to get most of the legendaries in Omega and Alpha, I found that I enjoyed this particular game much more when I went back to play it (a second time, no less). If you're thinking of picking it up... please do. You wont be disappointed.

This is a great pokemon game for those who played the original red blue and yellow as it is setup a lot like them and is a slower paced game like they were. With that being said it modernized and has all of the updated pokemon to catch.

I grew up playing the series and its still fun to this day. The games start out extremely easy unlike earlier versions but they toughen up to be a fun experience later on. 3d effects are fun but can be rough on the eyes after a while.

I love this edition of the Pokémon series. Fun starters, and you get to choose a Kanto starter as well part way through the game (go Bulbasaur!!!), so you have two amazing team members no matter what you catch.

I have been a Pokemon aficionado since the 90's and collected very video game cartridge! This game is no different for me. I love everything Pokemon so you can say that I'm biased towards anything Pokemon. So buy it and enjoy!

If you like Pokemon, you'll enjoy it even more in 3D. Like previous games before, Pokemon Y is a fun adventure with more immersion with the 3D. Everything is the same as before, so if you like Pokemon, you'll enjoy this game.

I have played the Pokemon games since the beginning and was really happy with the changes they made in X & Y. Gameplay and visuals are fantastic and it has a lot of great features a must own if you have a 3DS.

This is your typical Pokemon game; battles, catching, and exploring a game full of pocket monsters. Even though 50 new pokemon were added, I loved playing this for the mega forms.

My 9 year oldson has spent several hours playing this and according to him it's the "funnest" Pokemon yet. He's an avid fan of the cards, games and cartoons so I'd take that on pretty good authority.
