Even if your not a Pokemon fan this is a great family movie has comedy, mystery and cute characters. Maybe once you've watched it you'll want to check out a game or the cards.

If youre a fan of pokemon, go into this movie as a mystery with pokemon in it. NOT as a pokemon movie

If you are a Pokemon fan you might love the movie. My kids doesn't watch pokemon and I thought they might enjoy it. It's a cute movie, but I don't really care to much for it. Story line is okay. Some humor. Some action. Not really for kids I think.

You can't go wrong with Detective Pikachu, even if you're not a Pokémon fan. It's both hilarious and touching. We've watched it several times, which is extremely rare for us.

Great family movie! We enjoyed watching it. I really love that I could download digital copy for traveling device. We will have fun watching this movie on our next road trip!

I went in to this movie expecting it to be OK, and I can safely say that it surpassed my expectations! I would recommend for Ryan Reynolds fans and/or Pokemon fans alike!

Didn't expect much from a live action pokemon movie, but this was actually really fun. Ryan Reynolds does a wonderful job as Pikachu and the world is well realized. It's not perfect, but there are way worse ways this movie could have gone.

A hilarious movie. Me, my brother and nephews had a great time watching this. Very recommended for pokemon fans especially for those from older generations with poke kids.

It is a cute fun movie for the young ones...It is a bit odd listening to Ryan Reynolds as Pikachu I kept expecting very Deadpool material. Tongue in cheek comedy but was age appropriate. My goddaughter liked the movie so I purchased it for her

For anyone who likes pokemon this is a must ...just seeing all these pokemons was cool. Pikachu talking you will get over it fast lol and ryan reynolds funny with it

I always have to get the Best Buy steelbooks for the big movies, and this one was no exception. The packaging is cute, and I'm glad to have the movie in my collection.

I was skeptical when this came out, missed it in theaters but got it and gave it a watch. I was pleasantly surprised, even with it being cheesy and predictable. Fans of Pokemon of all ages should appreciate this movie, and be able to enjoy it.

If you're a fan of Pokemon, then you're probably going to buy this anyway, but if you don't know anything about the game or characters (like me), you may still like it simply for the great dialogue of Ryan Reynolds as Pikachu. I reccomend it.

I took my youngest son (12) to see this and was surprised how charming, cute and funny the movie was for a non Pokémon fan like myself. This is a gorgeous steelbook too

I was impressed with the story and all of the Pokemon references. I've been a fan for years, and it was great to see how the effects were done. Well worth watching.

Better than any movie I’ve seen all year. Endgame was long and two hours and thirty mins of just talk. This movie is full of action it actually does have funny scenes

This movie is a blast to watch and the 3D made it even more enjoyable. I really loved how the 3D provided the depth shots. I truly felt immersed in the experience.

I never watched a Pokemon anything before but I watched this movie and it was totally enjoyable. Good storyline and great cast. Loved every minute of it. Great 3D.
