I was happy to order this item for pick up at store this was a stock item. At the pick up line i see the employee from afar with an opened crushed box. I was extremely upset even the sealed from the tabs where broken. This is a high value item. best buy do better i wasted time to get to your store.

I was supposed to receive pokémon cards inside of this collection box however all I received was hundreds of loose GI Joe cards. The plastic was still on including the duct tape seal in the rear, what happened?
