Great Product! Best Buy Shipping is BAD!

One ball was sent in a box without packing materials and the other was sent in a white envelope with no packing material to protect it. The ball in the envelope was severely dented and I was very disappointed. Most products are shipped from Best Buy stores by warehouse employees. These employees either have common sense or don’t care about their job and just throw items in bags and slap shipping labels on them. Why aren’t these employees trained how to properly ship products? Better yet, how can they be held accountable for poor shipping practices??? This wasn’t an expensive purchase but I would appreciate if Best Buy employees would step up their game when shipping ANY and ALL items to customers. Regarding actual product; This is a very awesome way to sell Pokémon Cards—In a Pokéball! The tins are coated with a subtle metallic paint and are quite fun to admire. Great for display and or Cosplay(although, a bit big)! You don’t know what kind of ball you will get without going to the store. I got a regular Pokéball and a Quick Ball. Would have received better rating had the items been shipped properly.
