Not everyone’s favorite set but love mastering it with my wife. Loved paying retail at BB. Their customer service is so on point

Awesome Product Experience in store on release day was a little iffy with customers not knowing products per person limits before entering but management answered those questions before doors opened and everything went smooth I will be shopping there again on next Pokemon Release Day

They are cool when possible to obtain. Also, Best Buy needs to make it possible to actually call specific stores, rather than regional call centers. There are lots of reasons a customer might need to contact a certain store, and the availability of a product is one of them!

I was able to get my hands on it and was linited per person giving everyone an opportunity to get their hands on it as well. The store was organized allow one person in at a time. One by one

I waited in line and my daughter and I were able to get some packs and she pulled a Articuno! Iono’s Bellibot Hyper rare and Iono’s Killowattrel!
