Was their yesterday for the telease got the second tin out of 8 total. Traded with another guy as I had gotten the one he wanted vice versa. At first they tried to turn us away saying “They didnt have the product” when it was in stock online me and another person called them on. Only had 8 total apparently, which makes no sense as this is the only best buy in Jackson from what I know. Not to mention no blooming waters. Bo way they just got 8 tins for a store that big…Somethings not right.

I saw this stated “TODAY available for in store pick up” in addition I called bestbuy and spoke to who rep who stated I would be able to go in person to “preorder” the item . When I arrived I was informed they had it in stock but could not sell it. Wasted my lunch break . Do better

I just read all the comments that are making the rating on this go way down just prove the dissatisfaction of your customers best buy. If multiple people are aaying theres sketchy stuff going on whenever they ask about these products then you know something is up. Best buy is honestly losing customers becauae what if a customer went there to pick up this product and ended up buying something else. Youre just losing sales and potential future business. Then theres a comments that basically bashes all the negative comments and confirma that employees are backdooring the prouct and says stop whining. Seems like a cover up for all the negative reviews and 1 stars. Its kinda sad that this is happening to me and others who could be buying other things when we go shop in store.

At 1am was able to add to cart and verify my info continue to checkout says not available to ship then click pick a store option and click multiple stores for it just not to work and after 20 mins says unavailable. Best buy needs to fix this because it is the second time ive got screwed like this.

What a waste of time … “in store only” goes to the store … manager “ you have to buy online” …. Starting to get real annoyed wasting so mych time and gas going store to store to be told they dont have anything in stock

Went in as soon as they opened, said they had several in stock in this store only. As soon as i went in to get one i seen they were out. An employee said that another employee purchased all they had left before they opened as well as had a couple on hold for them to purchase. This isnt the first time on telease day this has happened.

Waited in line on release date morning with a bunch of others, one very nice employee came out before opening and said they wont have any until tuesday. I came back today (tuesday) and waited first in line until the store opened and different employees told me they didnt have any???? I wonder if the employees at the Santa Clarita location took everything for themselves as other reviews are saying.

Its not a bad review but it’s to the negative comments on a street release item. It has a date to be released which is February 7, 2025. These workers do not control the fact that if it gets put on display or if it says available and their inventory updates to let them know that they have it and others know that they have it so it’s not their fault that you can’t purchase it. It’s systems. Not theirs. They can’t control it and they cannot override it so if you’re upset about it, oh well, be upset. You as a collector should know best buy has policy and goes by itb

Not sure how the website only allows to purchase in store and not buy online. And when it came to going to the store they are sold out before opening? More like the employees are taking it for themselves

Said was available in store today only for them to say it doesnt drop officially until 2/7/25 and to check online around midnight because itll be better that way smh guess what checked at midnught still no option to purchase the cards.

They do not post availability online, and nobody at the store will ever answer the phone. If you drive to the store and ask if they have any, nobody has a clue. Would not recommend trying to buy any from Best Buy.

Went on Thursday since the site said it was available, then in stores they can't sell it till Friday. That's fine, I can wait.
Went today, and it's sold out because someone placed an online order pick-up.
HOW? The site clearly says in-store only.
Best Buy, don't put false information on your site if you aren't going to follow it.

Asked a few bestbuy emplyees how many prismatic ETB’s they recieved because i showed up 30 seconds after thebfestock. One employee says they received 2 units, another says they receievd 7, and a third employee says they didnt receieve any. Thats how you know these arent hitting shelves. From distributor to employee. Sad day.

What's the point of doing a line/queue system to help combat the bots byt then go ahead and release stock while humans are asleep.. did you forget that bits never sleep? Waste of everyone's time who are actually trying to get something retail price. Thanks for continuously letting scalpers and flipper dippers win..

Seems like a lot of people had bad experiences with their stores. Mine said that the release day shipment got delayed. So i just asked one if the employee's if they can order it at the register he said he wasn't sure but we tried and i have 5 on the way! I will say that the website and app are horrible for pokemon bots get everything in minutes.
