"avail in store for pick up today" goes to the store stands in line in the freezing cold, first in line no tins hope the employees enjoy their tins i guess lol

Went to store this morning and they only had about 8. It was limited to 1 per person and they still had 1 left after I bought one

Got luck an hot 2 tints in release day still searching for more product.

Don't waste your time these will never be available to be purchased.

All these people on here crying when it clearly says in store only and no BB employe was aloud to buy them

Disappointed in Pokémon and BestBuy. Unbelievably disorganized and underwhelming.

Unfortunately i was given misinformation on online about a product that could only be pucked ip in person at store, but when i got there item wasnt available. I wasted my time and gas foe somwthing that was misleading.

Pretty despicable but not surprising for a billion dollar corporation. Can confirm Roseville location has employee insiders 100%. So much disgusting people everywhere.

Seems like a lot of people had bad experiences with their stores. Mine said that the release day shipment got delayed. So i just asked one if the employee's if they can order it at the register he said he wasn't sure but we tried and i have 5 on the way! I will say that the website and app are horrible for pokemon bots get everything in minutes.

Best buy is a joke and need to fix their website!!! Went in person just so the workers were extremely rude with the remarks when i was simply just asking a queastion!!! Do better best buy

Went in store today of release and there was nothing . when on line it said it was there.

Store was sold out before they opened… say what???

Literally, everything was sold out without opening the store. It doesn't make any sense. Next time, be honest with your customers.

Sat in line for an hour in release day after corporate said it would be in stock. Employee came out and said they had nothing.

Employees give poor information and many not all take inventory for themselves. Never any pre release online just overall bad experience with best buy for pokemon and its a trend. Do better.

What a shame people like chris m are buying 24 and other scum like that when us other cant even get our hands on 1!!!

Never prismatic ever in stock, no matter what time you go, either people run in and snatch it all before you, or the employees do. Awful.

Nothing like other premium sets. Pokemon 151 did me justice with good pull rates especially with the smaller pack products.
