I camped outside Best Buy for hours, found out they only had 1 physically in store. Was able to order it at check out line to ship in June, was absolutely thrilled. Then it got cancelled, Best Buy didnt even send a notification or email or anything. Very poor customer service all around. Regardless of bots, scalpers or limited quantities, its nothing new. But this was a major failure on their part this time.

I placed the order in-store with the help of a staff. Later received a confirmation email, and money was deducted from my credit card. However, Best Buy canceled my order, saying that the item was oversold. Obviously, this was just an excuse since the order was placed via the computer in-store. Yet Best Buy keeps asking me for a review. Man, what can I say?

Waited in line and ordered in store fairly just like everybody else. I was assured by staff members that my order was set and i received an invoice and order number. I go to check a couple days later and they cancelled the order for no reason, customer service is no help. This is absurd, upsetting, and a complete waste of my time. Now my children have no pokemon to open.

Why is management going to make people sit outside for a drop knowing darn well they were only going to have 1? The transparency needs to made to not make people wait outside thinking they may have a chance. Regardless if it was a tv, laptop, or anything that is hot right now, this is malpractice. And the topper, you guys canceled our online order as an icing on the cake..

Preordered 1 after being 10th in line and them only having 9. Best Buy took my $97 then cancelled my order giving me $0.00 refund. Had to go up to best buy in order to even get my refund. Why allow us to order the limit of one just to crap on us??? I see why so many people are hating. I got lucky enough to get a slashing tin which gave me a brute bonnet!!!

They let me order it in store after waiting hours in line for opening because they "didn't have them ready" and when I got home they canceled my order. I went in the next morning to try and get the SPC and I was 5th in line. They sold out before I got one even though they claimed they had 9 the day before.

Never got the item. Waited in line since 9pm day before. They had 11 boxes was 5th in line and miracles happen and when they opened they were sold out…. Not one of us in line got any and were told we would be able to order online only for them to cancel it the next day. WorstBuy.

Went in store to order and order was cancelled and not given another option for purchase or similar product for compensation took time out of my day to go to the store and was told my order was all set to get next day a cancellation email and no option to reorder or rain check

Ordered in store to get it canceled in less than 2 hours by best buy. But they will fulfill the bot orders and scalpers. Spoke to customer service and they said to wait til it goes online or in store but its impossible to beat bots and scalpers who camp out for 24 hours.

order 5 preorder only got 1 fulfilled don’t expect even bestbuy guarantee your preorder products. Their agent has no clue on what going on they love to waste people time . They love making up fakes stuff to get you to go away.

Your store tricked me into purchasing this and afterwards cancelled. Which then held up money pending cancellation for a period of time. Which then I gave Best Buy a zero interest loan.

Allowed in store online order to ship directly to my house but didn’t tell me that the order will just be canceled a half hour later due to not knowing when they’ll have more stock.

Never got it. Store lied about on hand inventory, so they let me order one and the order got canceled. Female manager on duty was also super unprofessional about the entire thing.

Ordered in store. Got a email stating ordered was cancelled. Check status and said i returned. Doesn't make sense but now I can get this product anywhere...
