Man i love this set, but the hit rates are totally trash. Thankfully i hit cards that are worth more than i paid for. I suggest keeping it sealed and letting it appreciate in value in the next coming years.

The store manager was wonderful he saw something was fishy and called the corporate office and fixed it immediately for his patrons that stayed overnight for this release

Was told could place in-store order so I did since waiting hours outside with store confirming they had 8 only to have 4 on open. Best buy employees stole half the stock and played it off like they were for online orders. My in-store order then gets cancelled and it took over a month for them to cancel/start refund for me. Absolutely terrible experience.

Great item, Great release, Best Buy employees were kind enough to let us know the exact amount an hour or so before opening which really solidified standing in line!

I shop at Best Buy all the time but this time really made me frustrated and can’t believe what happened to not just myself and other people as well. Having our orders being canceled even after placing it and paying in full is unacceptable for any retail store Best Buy needs to really step up their game and make sure that they know there will be able to place orders in store for shipping to customers home before going through everything and then come to find out our orders get canceled. It’s bad enough the scalpers already come out here to get all product for Pokémon nowadays and being a collector, it’s really frustrating.
