Loved getting this box for the promo alone. I know they call it "traumatic evolutions" but I have fun ripping packs regardless of big hits or not. Love the other items it comes with including the beautiful play mat. No god pack this time aroind but the chase is the best part!

Great experience, I requested an invitation to be invited to buy this sweet box. Not sure if it was a randomized raffle system but I ended up getting picked. This was the first time I’ve had the easiest purchasing experience ever for such a highly anticipated item/release. Best Buy needs to continue this system. Be far the best queue system. Plus I got it shipped to my house, no damage to the merchandise what so ever. 5 STAR RATING!!

I had a great experience purchasing the Pokémon Trading Card Game: Scarlet & Violet Prismatic Evolutions Super-Premium Collection (x3). The item wasn’t available directly in-store, but the associate who helped me was fantastic. She quickly located it in the system and assisted me with placing an in-store order for home delivery.
The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the transaction very pleasant from start to finish. Everything arrived as expected and in great condition.

I haven’t opened my Prismatic Evolutions Super-Premium Collection yet because I’m still hoping to find a second one before I crack it. The presentation and contents look fantastic, easily matching what you’d expect from a high-end Pokémon product. The only real downside is how hard it is to find at retail price. Compared to the secondary market, catching one at MSRP feels pretty rare. If you can grab it in-store at list price, it’s absolutely worth picking up.

Every company should run random lotteries like this. It makes it fair, and gives actual collectors a chance to get sought after items that scalpers use bots to obtain most of the inventory for. Also, keeping it at retail, unlike Gamestop who jacked up their prices is great integrity.

I finally got one! I like these randomized drops that Best Buy has incorporated. It finally allows some of us that don’t have the time to camp a store for hours to get cards. Keep it up Best Buy! Best buying experience thus far out of all the stores that sell trading cards.

Grateful for the opportunity to purchase the product and the item was shipped and delivered very timely. However, upon opening there was a tear in the wrapping of the product.

So I have to meet a 50 character minimum so I’m gonna rant about the experience i had at 71st not this one, I got the SLOWEST customer service rep who wasn’t even designated to be that, he was an Apple specialist who was TERRIBLE. I asked for Pokémon packs and he went SO SLOW and he pointed at magic while another customer service representative who had some sense of what they were doing grabbed the last few packs I wanted from this guy. I HATE that that happened and I will forever hold that memory.
