I wanted a wrist based heart rate monitor that was also waterproof. Several I looked at could not really get wet. I wanted to be able to wear the monitor while kayaking. I also wanted to be able to check my heart rate easily as I was exercising. This monitor does everything I wanted it to do. I can check my heart rate and duration of my workout very easily. An old watch style monitor I used with chest strap would pause frequently when lifting weights due to hitting the buttons with my wrist. No problem at all with that. The app to review my workout works great also. There are a lot of different activities to choose from. I like that I can even choose disc golf as an activity. I have not used the monitor when kayaking yet as the weather and water conditions are not quite right yet. I no longer wear it at night to track my sleep. That part began to annoy me. I have had no problems at all. Overall a great monitor.

This watch does what I wanted it to do. I wanted to be able to not worry about swimming with it and get notifications from my phone. Pros: Battery life- depending on what I'm doing the battery life has lasted 5-10 days Notifications from your phone. I miss a lot less phone calls Waterproof- works well swimming around the lake. Cons: Band is okay, no GPS Overall I'm happy with the watch.

This watch was relatively inexpensive and does a little more for me. Like the fit bit charge hr it counts steps measures sleep as well as calories burned. The one thing it doesn't do is notify me of my phone ringing. The thing that puts it over the top for me is that it is waterproof. It's ment for me to go swimming with it on. It's durable and has a longer battery life as well. I can go 5 to10 days without charging it, base on how much I use it.

I really like this activity tracker. Love that it can be worn while in the pool. It's great that it tells you how many mins you need to walk/jog/be up to reach your goal. I don't like that it does not automatically sync, you have to manually sync it. Also not able to find a good running program that syncs with this activity tracker. Overall I would recommend it.

I origionally purchased the upgraded model with gps for 199.00 although it had a better strap, it wasn't user friendly. The polar a 360, which I ended up with is very user friendly, attractive, nice size, but the strap opens and can fall off and there is no gps to measure my runs and bike rides.

I have used quite a few fitness trackers and this is the one I have stuck with currently. I wear it loose because I don't like to feel something on my wrist. I use this primarily for tracking my heart rate while lifting weights. While doing this I simply push the tracker up on my arm a little bit so that my lifting gloves that have built in wrist wraps hold the tracker in place. The A360 does pretty much everything I want it to do. My only gripes are that the screen is pretty lo-res and when you get messages on the screen there isn't enough space so that words often wrap around and tend to not make sense. Also once you've received a message there's no way to go back and look at it so you better make you got the information you needed. Once it's gone it's gone. I really like that it's water resistant. A tracker that you have to take off an on every time you take a shower or wash the dishes is pretty much pointless. You hear that Fitbit?!?!? I was worried about the clasp but it stays closed pretty well. I've only had it pop open a few times like when brushed against the band roughly. But never enough to where it fell off my wrist.

I had used the Garmin Vovsmart HR from its release date and after about a year, it started acting up and loosing charge in one day. I need a waterproof fitness band and saw the Polar A360 and decided to give it a try. I must say I am very very happy with the band and the tracking software as well. it was a small adjustment from the Garmin App but Polar does give additional information in a different display. The minor drawback is that it does not have the weather but the notifications work really well.

Overall I am very satisfied with my polar watch. I was a little nervous about the wireless heart rate monitor but it works just fine and is pretty accurate. I also like how it tracks my sleep and activity during the day. Being in color is a major plus as well. I had the Polar A300 which was not in color or touch screen. This is a really nice upgrade from that. It syncs with the Polar H7 chest strap if you have to use a chest strap but it's not really needed. It also syncs fine with my iPhone. The only problem I have is the wristband gets loose so you will have to purchase a new wristband as time goes on. Other than that I love this product and I highly recommend.

The A360 is a quality activity reacher best suited for tracking workouts. Polar also provides periodic updates for this product. Sometimes I still have problems automatically synch ing the A360 with my Airpad 2 tablet.

So far the water resistance/waterproof is the best I have found. The band has a difficult snap but it gets easier over time. Band does loosen after time.

The one difference with this tracker is that when accompanied with the Polar Balance scale will put you on the right track to weight loss. it will tell you exactly what you need to do to lose the desired pounds and will adjust automatically as you lose weight. It totally takes the guess work and excuses out the equation. Even if you use this product without the scales, it tracks all activities accurately and the heart rate monitor is great.

Excellent product I have had approximately 12 Garmin activity products either vivosmart or the vivosmart HR all through warranty. Polar A360 is an exceptional product the interchangeable bands are an added bonus and the heart rate monitor is accurate enough, additional HR chest band is available on line. It holds up to my physical lifestyle and even swimming.

Been a Fitbit guy for many years. Had the Charge HR. Fitbit's are great for getting a general estimate of what you're doing, but if you really want an exact account of your heart rate when you are working out, this is the tracker. If you do CrossFit, HIIT training, or skipping rope, this is the tracker you want. As you all know, wrist trackers aren't truly accurate but pair it with the H7 bluetooth chest strap and it is game on. Bottom line. If you workout intensely and want accurate info for your hard earned effort, this one's for you. If you want detailed emails, texts and more of a smartwatch, you might want to look at something else.

The Polar A360 does a great job measuring steps, heart rate, sleep quality, etc. I love the large time display option. Unfortunately, it falls off your wrist. The attaching studs just don't stay fastened. I lost one device on a cruise boat. I bought a 2nd device thinking maybe the first one was a fluke. Unfortunately, it fell off five times in the first week - the last time shattering the crystal on a golf cart path. To their credit, the company is replacing it but I'm worried that they have not corrected the problem....
