Easy to use and great to monitor heart rate. Wish I could easily transfer data withou having to purchase an adapter or FlowLink.

I love being able to know how many calories I burned and my heart rate it's very away just wish I didn't have to wear the heart thing around my ribs to measure the heart rate

I need an accurate heart rate monitor to safely exercise after a heart attack. This unit is easy to use, clear to read while exercising, and gets the same readings as more sophisticated monitors used in my hospital cardiac rehab program. I bought it because of its high rating by Consumer Reports and have not been disappointed.

I have owned this for 6 months and it does exactly what I need. East to use and reliable so far. This has been a great tool in my weight loss journey

I purchased the FT7 as a tool to monitor my workout intensity. I've always been a somewhat active person but am working in incorporating more weight exercises and HIIT into my routine. Its great knowing when I'm reaching my max heart rate so I can pace myself and complete my workouts. As far as the monitor, I have no complaints. As far as the watch and chest strap - they have taken some getting used to. I don't wear watches regularly so it has been an adjustment and I find that I sometimes leave my workouts with imprints of the buttons on my hand (mostly from pushups, burpees, etc). Again - it is nothing that would warrant returning the item and I'm sure I will get used to it. Overall - great purchase. I look forward to using it more and more!

I took my Polar Heart rate monitor to cardiac rehab to test it against their equipment. Even they were impressed. Great price and Great product.

after heart valve replacement, I wanted to be able to monitor my heart rate when I walk and exercise. I don't see well at all, so this was a great buy because the time and heart rate numbers are easy to see even with sunglasses on. To view the results after exercise, I just put on my reading glasses. Glad I don't have to wear them during exercise.

I love the Polar fitness watches/HR monitors but for some reason the FT4 model I had, worked better than the FT7. After sweating a lot durning Zumba my heart rate wasn't reading and this happened twice. Took it back and got the polar M400 and I LOVE it! So because I'm a Polar lover I gave the FT7 a 3 star review and maybe I just got a defective one.

Great heart rate monitor from polar, works with the equipment at my gym and really helps keep track of calories burnt. Worth the money for sure.

I love this product, it is very useful in knowing where you are in your fitness and how many calories you have burned. I highly recommend it!!

Great product. I would choose this over a complex Fitbit any day because it's accurate. Only thing I wish it had was distance to track miles.

it is a great heart rate monitor for the price. The only downside is you need to purchase a separate accessory to upload the information.

Love knowing how many calories I have burned During a particular workout. Also like knowing when I am in the fat burn zone. Easy to use.
