This HRM is an awesome addition to my routine to try to get healthy again. The OwnIndex feature performs checks that allows me to keep aware of my heart-health and set healthy heart rate limits. The zone and out of limits alarms are very audible, even for myself who has a hearing loss. The screen is easy to read in the daylight. However, in the evening the screen illuminator is far too dim to be able to see, especially while working out. Also, I have a large frame; my wrist measures over 9.375" in circumference. The wrist strap is too small to be comfortable. I have to wear it on the last hole in the strap, and even then it's a little tight. I will check with Polar to see if they have replacement straps for those of us that don't fit the standard size wrist strap and update.

Gives heart beat, calories burned seem acurate, I like how it send my HB 2 tradmills, elipticals, and other machines. I feel like if the company advertised this product it would do a lot better than it already does.

This monitor gives you a lot of useful information at your fingertips (literally) but the website that explains it all to you is a bit hard to navigate. It could be a little more visually interesting. I wish it had a little bit more of a stopwatch function as I would love to be able to record my lap splits. The main functions are very easy to navigate to and control and allow you to jump right in and be able to use it, but some of the information trees can be a little hard to follow. I am sure it will get easier with practice. The watch is comfortable and the chest band is easy to get on and off. I recommend the Polar Flow Link as well, that keeps the watch synced with your home computer. I enjoy owning it.

Purchased this for my wife. She had been wanting a wearable device to capture heart rate while training and for accurate caloric burn. She absolutely loves this watch and after 1 use, you don't even know the chest strap is there. When you can see your heart rate in real time, it is empowering. When you see the accuracy of the calories burned during your training session, it is motivating to pushing yourself.

I bought this for my mother. She's been dying for one since she found out i had bought one. She enjoys all the features very much and enjoys being able to track her calories burned. Highly recommend.

Watch is fulfilling its purpose. Some have made complaints that the heart monitor band is uncomfortable; I don't even feel it when I wear it. I wore it while using my elliptical and the calories burned on the machine are much different then what the watch is calculating. Overall cute and sporty.

This is easy to use and is helping this old man get back into shape without having a heart attack. It is easy to use and has good warning indicators so you stay in the appropriate heart beat range.

It does the basics i need it to do and is pretty accurate. I love it and the colors. It's my favorite item right now. Very user friendly bc I am not that good with tech.

Love this watch. It is extremely accurate. I take it with me whenever I exercise. It makes exercising fun. I set a goal of how many calories I want to burn and work towards it.
