Customers often highlight the Loop 2 Activity Tracker's water resistance and long battery life as key strengths, with many appreciating its sleep tracking capabilities and ease of use. However, some users express concerns regarding the band's adjustability and tendency to come undone, as well as occasional difficulties with the clip and syncing process. The device's waterproof nature and extended battery life are frequently praised. Improvements to the band and syncing features would enhance the overall user experience.

I owned the original Polar Loop and didn't have any problems with it but when I saw this model alert about texts and phone calls I really wanted those added features. The problem I have is alerting me all the time. I get some alerts to no alerts but the steps are very good tracking and my goal reached alert is also good with a vibration alert. Also, my clip easily pops opens. I am really more of a fan of the original Loop with has not failed me.

The Loop 2 is easy to use. I downloaded the program and set up my activities easily. I adjusted the wrist band on both sides. Left it too loose and readjusted the 2nd time. Fits better. I wear it in the pool for laps and water aerobics, all day and night. When you charge it up, it gives you your readout for the day or few days. I have worn it 3-4 days before needing to recharge. I love it. I have a black band with red readout letters and numbers. I love it. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a waterproof activity wristband.

I bought this product specificly for my children who swim competitively. I like how it keeps track of their fitness and sleep. I liked it so much I bought my self one. My two favorite things about the loop is the call/text alert it will tell me who is calling and I really love the sleep tracker.
I wish the battery lasted longer than 4-5 days. It is a great price for all it does!

This unit is ok! Its basic, steps calories, time, looks nice. Only issue I am having is the calories dont reset to zero so when i put it on it alreay says over 700 calories burned. May pass over to my mom at some point.
The sizing of the band is only good if you are the only one wearing it.
otherwise its a nice piece

Upgraded to Polar Loop 2 after my original Loop stopped loading data after I got it wet, when it's suppose to be waterproof. This one holds the charge longer. Easy to sync data with my computer & phone. Reminds me to keep moving if I've been working at computer too long. My husband has one two. We check daily as to see who has moved the most. Band is comfortable.

The Polar loop is perfect for my needs. The attraction to this over the other activity trackers on the market was price and the fact that this device is water proof so I can wear it while swimming. The other devices were water resistant which made me cautious of how much exposure it could have to the water.

It was a lot to set up at 1st but it is a wonderful product. I sit all day and it reminds me to get up and move which is good. I have not had any problems with it at all. It also reports to my myfitness pal automatically. I would highly recommend this to anyone. I am a polar fan anyways.

it is SUPPOSED to do a bluetooth sync to an Android phone, but it won't sync. Polar doesn't advertise Live Chat for technical support, but when I found live chat support, the chat person told me that they only handle general purchase questions and to make a phone call. The phone call told me to go to Polar.com (no help there). So now I've been on hold with a machine for technical support for over 25 minutes with no nobody answering. And because the 1st step of using the device is to cut the band down to size, I assume the device is NOT returnable. without syncing with my phone, I think the device is worthless.

I received my Polar tracker as a Christmas gift from my husband because he knew how frustrated I was with other trackers that cannot be used in the swimming pool. The Polar was easy to set up and once I finally got the clasp figured out, it's been wonderful! Holds a charge much longer than my Fitbit did. Very happy with it and would recommend to anyone.

This is an ok product, does the minimal amount of tracking, steps, calories burned. I've been having an issue with the strap popping open frequently throughout the day which is very annoying.

This item is clunky and does not have enough features for someone who wants more than a step counter. If all you want is a step counter and you don't mind the huge, odd looking display, this is for you.

As good as I hoped. basic tracker but combined with the heart rate unit it is very effective activity gauge. Thought it might not be durable but I have worn it competitive racquetball and it withstands the bang of racquet and occasional wall bump with out damage and marks. Very pleased so far 3 months into it.

The Polar band is much better than the Jawbones I have owned and I have owned more than three Jawbones. However the software, the sync cable and the battery life is much less useful then the Jawbone. If your a patient fitness person this might be a better fit as the software takes time to sync and update over blue-tooth. I am more interested is sleep analysis, steps and heart beat per minute.

Works good. Seems to be very accurate. I work outside and it has worked flawlessly. Like the way that it also keeps track of your sleep.
