I really think that the software was the biggest problem. It's not able to link with other apps easily (which limits the use of the information collected). Just not what I thought I would get for the money

I enjoyed this device. For no other reason it kept me active.

Bought it, but keep forgetting to try it for the first time for my next run.

iv seen several watches and this one seemed more popular than the rest.

I am a petite person and the band on this tracker was quite large. I was afraid to cut the band because my wrists are too small and that it would not fit. So I returned it for a fit bit.

Bought this Polar Loop Activity Tracker for my 8 year old Granddaughter. It's a little too complicated for her & the band is not adjustable to fit her.

Overall it is awesome. I love mine. Use it all the time

This is an overall great watch that can keep track of many parts of daily activity level. Easily syncs with my iphone and downloads all data in a couple minutes.

Bought this band for xmas it is a great band with very good battery life, and I love the Polar website and connectivity.

Bought for my husband. He liked the idea of it being waterproof. He hated the fact that to make it fit, he had to cut the band. Seems like a poor attempt to get in the fitness tracking market. He wanted to wear it on his left hand. He would set it up but it would go back to its defaults. The watch would flip upside down. It wouldn't track his activity. Definitely would not recommend this.

This is the worst thing I've bought at Best Buy. I didn't realize I wouldn't be able to set it up with a IPAD or IPhone . Since that's what I use I have not been able to use it. If I return it I won't get my money back because I waited to hear back from polar hoping for another way to activate. I'll never buy another one or recommend it to anyone else.

I have used the heart monitor for running, Crossfit and lifting. It hasn't given me any problems.

I have used this everyday and I love it, keeps me motivated to move!

It is comfortable on wrist and looks great I wish it had the option to display am and pm instead of military time. I bought 3, one for my wife and one for my son we all love it.

This is my 5th fitness tracker now. The others I have used are the: Withings 02 Pulse Adidas Fit Garmin Vivosmart Samsung Gear Fit I think this is the one I will be sticking with. It does just about everything I want my fitness tracker to do but it lacks a couple of features I liked in others. Of all the ones I've tried so far I think the Garmin Vivosmart is the best. But I ended up returning that one because it would constantly lose sync with my phone and had to be manually re-paired. It would happen multiple times a day and I just got tired of having to go through the pairing process again every time. It was very frustrating. The Polar Loop has quite a few things going for it: * Looks good - I originally had the basic black model but exchanged it for the purple, (Black Currant). * Comfortable to wear - I wear the band loose enough that it slides around a bit on my wrist so I barely know it's there. * Connects easily to the HR6 or HR7 Polar heart rate strap. I wanted a tracker with heart rate function because I do more weight lifting than cardio so I wanted a device that would give me accurate calories burned while lifting. * No problems pairing with my phone. For the cons: * Wrist band must be cut to size - I found this process to be very tedious. I'm not a watch maker. Using the tiny tool to remove and reinstall the retaining pins was very frustrating. I actually lost one of the pins because it immediately shot across the room when I took it out of the buckle. Luckily Polar provides you with a spare pin just for this issue. * App is still in Beta and is pretty basic. * Proprietary charging cable - I don't know why all of these tracker manufacturers can't just use a standard USB charging cable like on Android phones. I've had 3 or 4 different brands of phone in the last couple of years and every one of them had the same charging cable. The Polar one connects to the back of the device and it is a bit of a pain feeding it around the buckle to connect it. Overall I like this tracker but if not for the pairing issue with the Garmin Vivosmart I would have stayed with that one.

The only problem is the first one I bought was broken and still had no assistance from polar. But bestbuy changed it for me.

Looks nice on your wrist, very user friendly. pretty long battery life as well.

Great value purchase, I highly recomend it. Some trouble when sync among polarpersonaltrainer, polarbeat and polarflow
