Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the Loop Activity Tracker's heart rate and sleep tracking features, finding it easy to use and appreciating its waterproof design. However, customers are negative about the product's short battery life and the challenges some experienced with band sizing and syncing. The app also received mixed reviews, with some users finding it less intuitive than expected. Other features like step tracking and accuracy were generally well-received.

I love this device. I haven't had a chance to pair it with my Polar bluetooth chest strap and hit the treadmill, yet, but I'm looking forward to it. One thing that needs serious improvement is Polar's software and website. The world is full of different people with different fitness goals and Polar only has one goal programmed into this device. Maybe I don't want to jog for 2h 42min to reach Polar's elusive goal. Let me set my own goals, ones that I have a hope of reaching, please.

I bought it for the heart rate tracking. It works good for that but I wish I could make the heart rate screen stay on so I can tell if I need to slow it down or speed it up just by glancing.

IT WORKS WELL, HOWEVER IT WOULD BE BETTER IF IT TRACKED STEPS ON EXERCISE EQUIPMENT AND IF TRAINING COULD BE DOCUMENTED WITHOUT THE HEART RATE MONITOR. AFTER ALL YOU HAVE A PULSE IN YOUR WRIST.

I usually LOVE Polar products (i have had heart-rate monitors, a bike computer). I Love their website where you can track your workouts, even afterwards. HOWEVER, with the Loop Tracker, that is not possible. It would be better for everything to be looped together. The battery life on my unit is getting shorter and shorter. Maybe I have a lemon unit, but i am definitely returning it to BB.

Since my purchase about 45 days ago, my Polar Loop has "taught" me a lot about my daily patterns. By wearing the Polar Loop 24x7, it has challenged me focus on ways to increase my total level of activity. I've improved my average number of steps per day from 4630 to 17620 thanks to the constant monitoring and reminders provided by my Polar Loop. The sync feature and monthly activity chart saved on my iPhone are wonderful tools - Simply an awesome product!

Quite a dated technology. No app, connects over a laptop and battery backup lasts for only 2 days. Feature like heart rate monitoring and gps tracking is missing .Not recommended .

this unit is great if you are looking instant information such as calories burned and help you to push yourself to complete your daily target. it is not as accurate (such as the BodyMedia), but work good and looks good.

The user interface is not nearly as user friendly as previous activity tracking software used. The pins in wristband shoot out and are easily lost (perhaps reason they provide 2 extras). Do not like that it is not adjustable.

Tracks steps erratically, tracks sleep in some unknown fashion. The website, where you must visit to do most everything, is very poor. If you want a pedometer that isn't really accurate, with an activity monitor that doesn't really tell you much, at least not with any real background about how it is tracking things, and if you want to just feel good because your tracker says you "reached your goal" (supposing you do), then buy it. If you want real usable data that is going to tell you in a friendly format exactly what you're doing, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. The others I've tried aren't much better.

My Fitbit was "lost with help" so since the Force was no longer for sale, the Polar Loop looked like a great replacement. I liked the band fastener, it had a watch function, and the silver trimmed flat black bracelet was stylish. I even liked the magnetic charge cord. Then reality set in. Have to charge it every single day. And had to connect to a computer by cord to initially set up. The phone app keeps searching for it even tho bluetooth is turned off and no wifi. Cannot wait for the new Fitbits!!!!

Great product. The only part i didnt like was cutting the band with scissors. Its nerve racking knowing that if you mess it up theres no fixing it.
