Was great using and older model camera but pricy for only 8 pictures. The quality wasn't bad for the technology back then. Overall we had fun taking the pictures and watching them develop

The camera is old and I was surprised to find this film for it. It works but the pictures are not very clear. Modern cell phones just take much better pictures.

I was really disappointed with this pack of Polaroid film—it was expired! The pictures didn’t develop properly, and the quality was ruined. For the price, I expected much better. I won’t be purchasing online from Best Buy again unless they can guarantee fresh, usable film. I would rather buy in person and I don't think I'd buy it from Best Buy if that's the case.
Hi there, I'm sorry to hear about your issues. The date stamped on the film box is the production date, not the expiration date, so it should have been fresh film and not expired. Please contact our customer service team at usa [at] polaroid [dot] com and we can help.

Expensive item. Only 8 exposures in the package. Not an ideal way to save memories these days.

The film did not perform when used. Unfortunate. Some pictures just turned gold and didn’t develop properly. Expensive. But have no choice to buy another product. Looked like the film was old.

Polaroid does not make the same film the used to. I have polaroids from over 20 years ago that still look great. The new film doesn’t last a second. It can take a picture, but it is so fragile that the second you touch it, even after waiting a few minutes, it leaves crazy ugly marks. I’ve bought over 4 of these packs of film and they all do the same. Sad that Polaroid is willing to drop the quality, but maybe something in the old formula is illegal/harmful to use today? At least make it cheaper if it is going to be bad.
Hi Craig, I'm sorry to hear that! This is not normal, of course, and something likely happened to the specific pack you tried. Please contact our customer service team at usa [at] polaroid [dot] com and we can help.

The product was faulty and none of the photos developed correctly

Classic instant photos last and last. The quality of the picture brings back the moment and the memory better than what is captured on your cell phone!
