Paper cartridge only had 9 pictures NOT 10!!!!!The other cartridge probably only has 9 also. False advertising when cartridge says 10 pictures per cartridge!!!!!!

Hi Awesome, I'm sorry to hear that. This isn't normal, of course. It may have just been a manufacturing error. Every Hi-Print Paper cartridge should have 10 photos inside. Please contact our customer service team and we can help. We can be reached at usa [at] polaroid [dot] com.
