The Polaroid Gen 3 is a great camera, a bit difficult to figure out, but overall it’s pretty solid. It has the ability to give you an image that is unparalleled in its unique and timeless quality, while growing with modern technology. It changes instead of using batteries which is a plus or minus depending on how you feel, but it can be activated by an app on your phone so you don’t have as great a risk of messing up a timed shot. It also uses its new film as well as tho older standard film, it has an attachment point for a tripod on the bottom which are all great improvements as technology that came back from what could have been its end. I enjoy what this camera has to offer and I think many others would too.

I bought the Polaroid Now+ Gen 3 as a gift, and it was an absolute hit. In an age of digital photos, there’s nothing quite like the immediate gratification and nostalgia of a physical Polaroid picture. It's a fantastic, unique present for anyone—from a teenager to an adult—who appreciates analog photography, capturing memories, or just wants a fun, easy-to-use camera. The connection to the app to unlock new creative modes (like light painting and double exposure) is a huge bonus that makes this camera more versatile than the older models. The person I gifted it to has been taking great photos, and I would highly recommend it as a thoughtful and fun gift for any occasion.

So glad I chose this model over the one without Bluetooth/phone connection. The film is so expensive, which is to be expected, but if I couldn't also keep using it when I run out of film, it would be just a big paperweight. (Or more likely, shoulder weight that I carry around for the rest of the day once the film is gone). It was easy to use right out of the box, my 16 year old figured it all out in less than 5 minutes. And everyone has so much fun with instant photos that give that air of vintage nostalgia.

Pictures and images are very dark. Did not have film in the refrigerator initially since it was packed as a Christmas present hoping they improve.
