Use it on our cruises. Seal is tight and doesn’t give. Solid product all around took it on a few dives and had some great outcomes. Perfect gift for travel photographers.

This product looks the part as a nice addition for being able to capture video anywhere, but it failed miserably and immediately. I inserted my GoPro into the unit and proceeded to latch it down... it sure was NOT a snug latch. That left me a little concerned but I gave it a shot anyway underwater. Within moments not only did water get into the bubble, but my almost $500 GoPro fell right out as I moved it around in the water trying to position it! This was certainly not user error or any lack of understanding on my part. It simply did not latch securely due to a design flaw or maybe a missing grommet or ring, though there was certainly nothing in the box. This product has already been returned to Best Buy and another one ordered from elsewhere.

The polarpro dome port is truly the best dome port I have owned for my gopro and I have had quite a few. This is my favorite set up simply because it is the most compact and also because it is easiest to use with it's quick latch handle which happens to be extremely secure as well. Some other dome ports require you to take the outer case off your gopro or even worse many dome ports require you to take off the front lens protector glass to be able to mount it onto other dome ports

I like the concept and the pictures do come out cool when you get the right angle sorta say. The dome has to be in just the right amount of water to get the effect you’re looking for. With it being half way in the water you really cannot see the screen to see how the “photo” looks until after you have taken it. We had to take multiple photos and review it afterwards to find that right picture.

I heard about this from a friend. He used it on a vacation and I thought the pictures had a nice different effect to them. I figured I would give it a try. I used it on a cruise and during multiple shore excursions, and it did not disappoint. My sealed great and no water got in. Make sure you seat it correctly while latching the camera in place. I would like a better way to secure the plug in place though.

Love the images it produces, the effect is very unique. Also, very challenging. Easy if someone is taking a video of you, but difficult to do selfies and get a great shot. Haven't had any issues with the product itself, but the globe on the included selfie stick seems a little unstable.

I am so glad I purchased the over/under dome for my Go-Pro. I recently went to Mexico and used it extensively while at the resort pool and doing some mini-cliff diving. I am not quite ready for the real big dives. I got some great pictures and video with it.

I returned it because there's a vignetting (dark corners of an image) to the footage. I guess the dome is not large enough for the wide angle of the gopro. I would suggest buying a dome that is at least 6 inches with a lens hood.

Super cool function and it comes with a floaty grip that can be used without the dome. I really like the dome and it's well made. Haven't gotten to use it yet but I've used a friends and that's why I bought my own. Such unique cool shot opportunities with this item!

This half and half dome allows you to take photos half in water and half out. Love this style!!

Purchase for upcoming vacation, and i was very impressed with how well my go pro fit inside.

This unit is good for the money as compared to competitive products. I had trouble with mine leaking and Polarpro customer support just sent me a replacement, no questions asked. Only gripe is the owners manual says you can take the thing apart to clean the inside and the latest model does not allow it. My replacement worked fine. I bought this with a GC o received for purchasing my GoPro. It fits perfectly in the gopro as of it came together. The holding stick has a great grip and also works as a floaty. In respect to the quality of underwater image, I have not yet tested it.

Very useful for hikes and snorkeling. Any other use, the product won't last for example diving any deeper than 10ft felt like the dome was going to collapse. But other than that it's a great product very light.

Purchased to use on our cruise. Worked well in pool using Hero 5 and 7. Important to rinse with clean fresh water after use....especially after use in salt water to avoid cloudy residue on the dome.

Bought this recently and used to couple of times. So far no complaints and picture quality is great. Should be a good accessory to have around pools, lake or for snorkeling.

It’s hard to clean and the water has to be very clear to take good pictures but the product is everything that they say. So no regrets buying it!
