Its does what exactly says it will do. But there are 2 cons. (1 Price) I dont think that $30 is justifiable. I paid $20 for mine. I think the price is too high I think $6 - $12 would had been a fairly price. Although this $30 saves your $500+ drone from crashing. (2) On windy days or fast movement the gear are prone to appear on the shoot. I post a picture of this.

The real advantage to using the PolarPro Landing Gear Stabilizer is in the added lift it gives in higher grass takeoff areas. The extra clearance provides additional space for the camera so it won't snag or bog down when initializing. I haven't measured the additional clearance, but I would say it's about an inch higher than without the stabilizer; more than enough for uncut grass. On landing, the stabilizer provides a sort of "stabbing" effect which allows you to drop the craft quicker. There's less bounce so there's less of a chance for tumble, especially on slopes and uneven ground. Overall, the quality is pretty good. A little loose fitting but I haven't had any problems with the stabilizers falling off. Just make sure you check them before take-off to make sure they're securely fastened. For the minimal extra weight I recommend this product highly.

Helps to add piece of mind for those uneven landings of your Phantom drone. Gives your camera that added room for any obstacles that may be in the way. Easy to put on, just wish you could leave them attached to store in your DJI backpack, but they are easily stored none the less.

Gives the Phantom 3 more stability. Very easy to install. I painted mine a florescent red in order to see it better. These need to be produced using a florescent color, in order to aide in seeing the drone. You should purchase this device for no other reason than more footage on landing and price.

I got these to add to the clearance below my phantom when on something other than a clear level surface. It works good gives about 3/4 of an inch boost in height and makes a more stable landing. Unfortunately I can't leave them on when I put my phantom in the case.

easy to install and remove, on a grassy or uneven surface landing and take offs are easier. The only downside is that, like the props, the legs sometimes show up in the edges of the pictures.

This landing gear extender is a must have for your drone dji for better heights from ground take off to landing. Makes the original landing gear more stable and firm.

Adds clearance for the camera, however these can be seen occasionally in pictures and video. Easy to Put on and take off. Loses a star since the legs show up in video.

This landing gear works well and is pretty durable. On my maiden voyage I got too close to a tree and trimmed off some its leaves. I panicked and over-corrected to get away and ran into the wooden handle of a wheel barrel. The land gear came off but was unbroken. It snapped right back into place. However, in the case of an emergency landing on a lawn, the feet can get under caterpillar grass, which grows in a vine-like fashion, and might tip. I don't really count that as a drawback unless the props are still spinning, and then hopefully you'll just get a free lawn trimming.

This product improves the stability of the drone when landing on uneven surfaces. It also helps to keep your camera away from the rocks.

If you use these, your camera will capture them a lot. They work. They are a great product and do, in fact stabilize the landing. But the added weight, wind resistance (although small) and the camera interference isn't worth it. Land manually, slower than the auto land, and get a take off pad so the gimble clears the ground on preflight calibration. I'm not knocking the product. They are as advertised, but the negative effects outweigh the positive.

Great stabilizer. Very easy to attach to drone. Better for landing.
