Seems to help project the radio signal in a concentrated beam toward the aircraft. Need to me mindful to keep the RC and parabolic antannaes pointing towards the bird!

This reflector does not maintain a 1/4 or 1/2 wavelength from the antenna. It will flop around. The ideal type of reflector maintains equil distance on the top and bottom of your antenna. This one does not provide that on the top of this reflector. Returned and got cheap ones from local hobbies store.

There isn't much improvement if lucky! As I have tested it, there wasn't a major difference in range under good flying conditions. 3 out of 5 flights that it performed worse than without windsurfer! If want range, upgrade the antennas maybe add some boosters to RC...

Although this item is very simple and self explanatory, the antenna it is meant to fit is simply too big. I put it on the Phantom 4 and it won't stay snugly at the base of the antenna. Not a good design.

I saw no real increase in range while using this range extender. Also, very difficult to install and even more difficult to remove. I was afraid I would rip off antenna when trying to remove. Don't waste your money.
