Police Security?

I am neither, so I returned this item after I realized it was labeled like that. The light is bright and works well though.

Heavy, not good for long time periods

OK if 5 minutes, but might as well use a flashlight. Pick another brand if you don't want permanent neck injury. Tried to return, YOU CAN'T. Company forbids Best Buy from accepting returns, but Best Buy doesn't post you can't return it anywhere. Now I'm stuck with $40 piece of junk.
