You betcha this is worth your money! Classic Jackie Chan movies that still look better than most action movies today with all the CGI that's abundantly overused. Police Story 1 will forever be the best. The stunts are so incredible and fight scenes are heart pumping. All of the characters are fitting and memorable. Police Story 2 is good but not as much as the first. I do enjoy the characters returning, and there is some more comedy in this one. Some of the stunts were great as you would expect but nothing as memorable from the first movie. Overall you get 2 jam packed action classics that will satisfy any action junkie looking for a good time!

A fantastic release of two fantastic Jackie Chan's classics as Criterion would do. Cleaned up picture, original Cantonese audio, and a wealth of extras seal the deal. Criterion artwork has declined in imagination but artwork shouldn't stop you from owning this. Now where is Police Story III Supercop? Even IV First Strike?

Finally, Police Story 1 & 2 have gotten a proper release. These films are terrific. The stunts alone are worth the watch, but Jackie Chan manages to make these movies immensely entertaining from start to finish with a great mix of humor and action. So glad Criterion caught onto these as the transfers are truly fantastic

Tough to resist Jackie Chan as actor, and impossible to ignore the remarkable stunts done by Jackie himself in dozens of films. Both films are excellent. The first arguably the better of the two, but Police Story 2 also excellent. Thanks to Criterion for this one that comes with Special Packaging!

If you're a Jackie Chan fan, you need to buy this set! It's a steal with 4k restored picture, original language mono and surround tracks, an additional cut of PS2, and tons of great extras!

If you are a Chan fan, this is the Police Story collection to buy! It has it all!

Classic movie with comedy and action together, highly recommend.

By far one of the greatest! Jackie knows what he's doing and his films (the ones he is mostly in charge or has a say) are if the best in the action and even action comedy genre! He's a genius when it comes to what he wants to do and show in a film and if you haven't seen any of his movies other than the American films he's been in, I highly suggest checking these gems out!

Excellent work by Criterion! Contains both movies, a poster, and some amazing packaging with two alternate covers beneath the slip cover. The definitive way to watch two Jackie Chan classics!

These are probably my favorite Jackie Chan movies of all time. They look so good on this release.
