I didn’t have any kind of sound system setup previously so to go from my television audio to 2.1 channel audio is a vast improvement. The sound is crisp and clear, but I was particularly impressed by the bass coming from the included wireless subwoofer. I typically keep the audio levels around 50%, which is plenty loud itself. Sure, it’s only 2.1 audio so you’re not getting true surround sound, but you’re not dealing with the hassle of multiple speakers to set up, their placement, and all the wires running throughout the room. The Polk Command Bar fits neatly right underneath your television with ease.

We made over an extra bedroom into a playroom/family TV room but our new TV's sound wasn't great. The Polk Command Sound Bar has amazing sound quality. It was simple to set up and our whole family loves the Amazon Alexa integration! I'm glad

Purchased this for a small space in apartment. Pretty good sound quality. Bass is deep but I like that you can turn up the “voice” as to not get drowned out by the bass. Alexa voice assistant works pretty well although I seem To have some conflicts between the two ladies, Alexa and Siri

Love Polk Audio, but... Had to return first one because Alexa glitched out. This one is working, and sounds good for what we paid. Got it on sale for $199. Wife wanted it for Alexa. Bought one for the kids too, since it was cheap. The Klipsh, while more expensive, sounds WAY better!

This was an excellent choice for the price. Got it at 100 dollars off. The Alexa is an added bonus. Sounds great!

We were able to take this out of the box and have it set up in about 25 minutes. It probably would have taken us less time but there was a NERF gun battle in the midst of this setup and, well, things happen. NERF darts don't hurt the Command Bar. Sound quality is excellent. As with our previous subwoofer that was a separate piece of stereo equipment, we loved the enhancement of special effects especially when we watched several Star Wars movies the first weekend we had it. This is a whole lot of quality sound in a nice tidy package- I love that it's just a few simple pieces and not a lot to dust around and under. The husband and the kids are more into the sound quality and trying to be the "boss" of Alexa all the time. Considering buying a second one for my in laws for a holiday gift.

Went to the store and tested out all the sound bars they had on display. When turning this one on I could immediately hear a difference in sound quality and power of the subwoofer. Once I looked more closely at it I realized that it had Alexa built-in which was a great bonus! The bar sounds great in our living and has crazy amount of clean clear volume and bass. You won’t be disappointed!

I'm loving the Polk Command Bar. It' makes watching movies so much better with the theater-quality sound it brings to your living room from the soundbar and subwoofer together. The design is sleek which makes it easy to fit anywhere. And with Amazon Alexa built in I can control my electronics from adjusting the volume, listening to my music and more. Definitely the best product out there.

The Polk Command Sound Bar has many great features and we love it. We were able to hang our TV on the wall with NO wires and the theater quality sound fills up the room. I'm able to use voice commands with the built-in Alexa making it easy to switch channels, listen to music or simply turn up the volume. We were also able to connect our other bluetooth devices. This is a must-have!

My wife and I were in the market for a sound bar for months, and after research we decided on this Polk sound bar. This sound bar did not disappoint, the sound quality and bass are amazing. The built in Alexa is also a plus.

It is a great soundbar, awesome sound especially on movies and music. We have loud kids and would always use subtitles so the Voice feature is perfect for the family. Really makes voices clear just sometimes wish the max volume for voice was even higher for action movies. The Alexa works well and with the other Alexas but all the Alexas dont always listen to one person in the family. Very good soundbar and will recommend to others.

Given we have a small living room, I figured the sound bar would work well for our setup. It does have the wireless subwoofer and Echo dot built in. The Echo dot portion does help, but I've found it often doesnt work as consistent as our other Amazon devices. It often gets stuck on simple tasks, making you have to wait sometimes up to a minute for her to time out. The subwoofer is nearly unheard. Even with bass turned to 100% it often goes unnoticed, I almost forget we have a sub except when cleaning and vacuuming. Sound from the bar itself is ok, volume control and overall ease of setup is good. The only thing i'm noticing is that if you do not have a TV with HDMI arc controls you may have issues with tv control and options. If it does then make sure they are hooked up to the correct one. I don't think Polk put all their effort into this, and for the price I'd say I'm let down. I would suggest comparing other models and sizes, maybe spending a little more will get better sound quality.

This sound bar and sub woofer package sounds amazing and you cannot beat the price. I went into BB and they price matched it for me and away I went. The only reason I rated this 4 stars was bc of the issues with Alexa not functioning properly. Everything else works well, aside from that this is an awesome starter home theater sound bar and to be honest I could care less that Alexa doesnt work that's how much I like this polk audio.

The sound bar is thin. The sound is great as well as the subwoofer. The setup was easy. The sound bar loses the ir connection for the remote sometimes so I have to restart it every 2 to 3 weeks. The connection for the Firestick is great but it is heating up too much and the Firestick stops working so I used a short hdmi cable to get it out of there.

I was looking for a good soundbar that didn’t cost an arm and leg. I purchased this after reading reviews and finding it on sale. Very pleased, it was easy to set up and sounds good. Bonus: works with Alexa.

I love it, it even plugged in to my 5 year old (non-arc) hdmi TV. I had to buy an adapter to match the SPDIF TOSLINK fiber to digital COAX on the TV, but all of my older devices work. I haven't used all of the features, but bluetooth connection from my iMac was as easy as pushing the bluetooth button on the remote and agreeing to pair the device. I own a variety of sound bars from several manufacturers and this one just works. It has plenty of features and was easy to setup. It is a HUGE upgrade over the built in speakers on my 40" TV and the BASS adds a nice rumble that you didn't know you were missing.

It sounds extremely good for the size and price. Setup is incredibly easy and it integrates seamlessly with my LG TV via HDMI. It has lost connection with the TV on 2 occasions when turning the TV on, which was fixed by unplugging the HDMI and plugging it back in. Not much of an issue.

I got the Command Bar and have really enjoyed it after getting it set up. Command bar came packaged very well and after getting it all out, I had some difficulty setting it up. This is highly likely due to a slightly older TV and some Wifi issues. As many reviewers have commented, their app leaves LOTS to be desired, but overall it was pretty straightforward. This is a MASSIVE upgrade over TV speakers. Don't purchase this expecting it to outperform a 7.1 Bose system, but for its price point and size, this product is EXCELLENT

I purchased this product because of Alexa functionality. It was very easy to setup using the Polk Audio smart phone app. Although it works really well as a soundbar, some of the fully integrated Alexa features do not work as expected. I'm certain that Amazon will continue to refine these features over time.

We love the quality! Superb sound at an attainable price. The Fire TV compatibility is a huge plus since we already had one. Alexa, do all the things! I love the sleek, elegant, unobtrusive design.
