Bought for my daughter based on Polk’s reputation and built in Alexa. Sound is great. Use in my daughter’s room which allows theater sound with movies and music with great sound. Would recommend to a friend.

Great sound from an average priced Sound bar. Alexa is sometimes a little quirky but now no need to buy another echo as this does it.

The sound is great. Alexa has issues. Solid sound from just a bar and remote bass. I'm not trying to get the full surround experience, I just like feeling the explosions and such from video games and movies. Alexa constantly has issues connecting to wifi when the TV, xbox and PlayStation all in the same spot stay connected with no issues.

The directions don't make it easy to hook up multiple components. The first component automatically hooks up. There is a input for the fire stick. In order to get sound from fire stick, you have to hold the TV button down until it connects. Not intuitive. But the sound makes it worth while. I no longer have problems hearing people talking due to the background music overbearing the total sound.

Bought this soundbar to replace an old Bose 2.1 system.....blown away by the great sound! Awesome bass !

Best sound bar I’ve found for this price range. Works amazing in our home theater absolutely love it. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great sound bar. Set up was simple.

I don't hear the bass that the display unit had, maybe because my tv doesn't have the ARC HDMI slot, so I'm connected with HDMI 1 and Optical cable (otherwise I'd give 5 stars). I've seen other reviews complaining about difficulties with hooking the sound bar up, I had no issues at all, it was very easy. No problems with Alexa either, which some have had negative feedback with.

Went into BestBuy to buy a 4K TV. Didn't consider the fact that I will need a soundbar too so they had this one as an open box. Tried the demo in store and liked it so got it. Went home and hooked it up. Sounded good for movies but ok for TV dialogues but the open box was defective as the sound kept cutting off every few minutes so exchanged it and went with a different one.

I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants great sound quality and wonderful bass. This product is noise complaint loud so, this is a great product.

Sounds wonderful but doesn't always work. Half the time I and alexa to play music and the light on top just spins and sometimes does nothing. Have to unplug it and plug back in to reset it. Totally frustrating when connected to a TV and used as its sound source.

The sound is good and powerful. The Alexa integration is good but it does have some limitations so it’s not a 100% Alexa usage, example iTunes does not work as with normal Alexa. Some issues once in a while creating frustration, then starts working out of the blue.

Great sound. Awesome potential to alter our ways of communication with tv, etc—,especially for anyone with visual or other physical challenges in taking control. Note: still having difficulty with Alexa’s handling a non-smart tv working thru a smart DVD. Numerous tech call; we WILL get it working consistently, though. And I have faith: it’s gonna be great.

Great sounding soundbar with deep rich bass from the subwoofer. Setup is easy with assistance from the Polk Connect app. The manual is a little skimpy and doesn't provide a lot of information.

The sound quality is good for a sound bar. I would give it 5 stars but the Alexa function is kinda hit or miss. I have an Amazon Echo for in the kitchen and the sound bar Alexa doesn’t talk but the one in the kitchen does. I’m not sure if it’s me not using the bar correctly but that’s what’s currently going on. The subwoofer is nice and deep, never “boomy.”

This sound bar has nice sound quality but the Bluetooth option is horrible. It would allow you to connect to Bluetooth but would disconnect after about a minute. Tried repeatedly to fix as we really enjoyed the sound, but eventually returned to the store and went with a Klipsch.

Our son & his family love the sound their TV puts out now. The movies sound like they are actually sitting in a theatre. They love all features & Alexa is fun entertainment for all of them.

Wireless sound bar - Sound is great but sometimes it takes a second to pick up the sound from the tv. Doesn't happen often tho and I don't really like the Alexa portion of it. Sometimes Alexa understands what I ask but 85% of the time Alexa doesn't understand or is unavailable for some reason. I would still recommend because the sound is great.

This sound bar for the price and quality out oerforms many other higher priced products and with alexa built into it, it just makes it even better. Great product.

This turned out to be a good sound bar after I figured out that that trying to use the optical output of the tv to optical input of the sound bar keep cutting out that I had to switch to using the HDMI ARC port I just wish that once you used the HDMI ARC port that the two HDMI ports on the sound bar would work to pass video to the tv.
