Very good sound quality and easy to install. I also like the fact that it lets you add an Amazon stick (Roku stick won't fit as power cord is on the wrong side). Does not yet work as a normal Alexa (This one can't handle routines) so I am hoping they improve it and update the software soon so that it can work exactly like a normal Alexa would work.

The sound quality is amazing and I love that Alexa is included.

I like this bar. it has really good sound and the night mode is just what i need because i often sleep with the tv on, the Alexa was easy to connect to my other devices. the only downfall is that this bar takes a minute to act or turn on. i guess thats Alexa thinking about the command she just received.

I needed a sound bar for my TV and saw this on sale during thanksgiving. Installation is easy sound is very nice. it has movie mode sports mode and music mode. Movie mode gives a nice surround sound sports mode gives more of the voice and less music music mode gives out good bass. But no matter how many times I setup alexa, it works the first time and then next time when i try using alexa it says it is having trouble connecting to internet. I am able to connect to internet with other echo dot and the other echo dot alexa works fine. The alexa on polk sound bar is right next to the echo dot and cannot connect to internet.

I'm not going to take off too much cause it may be the cheap TCL TV that I have it hooked too causing the volume issue but literally the TV on volume 30 and the soundbar on volume 30 and I can hear no volume difference. Having another Alexa device is great though. Stupid commercial comes on, "Alexa Mute"

Love it for the Alexa so we can play music for our son to listen to in the basement but it provides great sound for our basement tv when watching shows or movies

Did a lot of shopping around before purchasing, and I am so glad I waited. Bought it on sale, it was an easy set up and it has awesome sound! A total win situation!

Good sound & built in Alexa is a huge plus. Hook up thru optical cable very easy. Be prepared to have to download Polk Audio app in order for setup.

Sound is very clear. I am hearing tones I never heard from a TV speaker. Easily paired. The only problem I have with the sound bar is I cannot hear it speak over the sound it is emitting. For example, if I ask for the weather while the basketball crowd is roaring, I cannot hear Alexa answer.

I love bass. And for a simple 2.1 sound bar, this thing sounds amazing! The subwoofer is smaller than the next size up, but at the time I did not know of the larger subwoofer model, and I would have returned this one to get the other if COVID didn’t prevent that from happening. BUT I am grateful that I kept it, because this thing gets loud! Plus it has an enjoyable “night mode” that turns the subwoofer’s volume down to like 10%. All in all, compared to other brands, Polk sounds sooo much better than the other companies out there!

It works well and sounds good. My only complaints would be I haven’t been able to figure out how to adjust the sound through tv, as well as the sound bar separately. Also hooking up the sound bar through the fiber optic cable made it sound as though it echoed.

Very good price for a sound bar with Alexa built in. Not too many complaints from me. Maybe a little more bass at times would be nice, but overall, great sound.

Purchased this sound bar system days before Christmas. I wanted to improve the sound in the mancave for the holidays. Awesome sound for the price and built in Alexa is great addition. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Had sound bar installed and was enjoying benefits of great sound within 20 minutes.

The best sound bar ever! So glad I purchased it! The sound is great. Especially when watching movies. Easy set up.

First off I need to be an app savvy profesional to get everything correctly linked keep your fingers crossed. Basically fallow the setup instructions included and your good to go for starters. The sound quality is pretty good for the price but I continually need to change from Raw to Dolby when I put in a movie.

Bought this item on blaxk Friday. It was not a door buster. Out of the box it was very easy to install. I used the optical connection. The sound was awesome. Remote was very easy to use. Absolutely no trouble pairing the subwoofer. Approximately 4 days after install the TV stopped auto detecting the sound bar. No problem I turned off auto detect and turn TV speakers off. Approximately 7 days after that I began to have issues with the built in Alexa. I would have to pull the power cord each day to resync Alexa. I called Polk tech on this latest issue. After being transfered around I finally got "Mr power user" he spent more time telling me about himself than listening to me. He finally acknowledge that Polk knew about the Alexa glith and were working on it. I give the devise a 5 star and the customer support 1 star so I gave it a 3 star overall.

Very simple to connect and everything is working very well. I have my Cable box and XBox connected to the soundbar (HDMI cables) and then soundbar connected to TV (HDMI cable). Alexa hears very well. I did not give 5 starts because Alexa does not have all features such as setting timers and reminders.

Sound is great and having alexa to do voice commands makes it even better. the last few days I have had issues with having to reconnect it to my Wi-Fi. not sure if its my internet or the sound bar just keeps resetting for some reason.

The Polk sound bar with Alexa works as advertised. The sound is great, and Alexa makes things very convenient.
