I'm coming from a 2 speaker Boston Acustics 2.1 system and I was hesistant to get a soundbar. After hearing different soundbars, I decided to go with the Polk Audio Magnifi due to the voice dedicated volume control, IT IS AWSOME, there are scenes or movies where the bass over powers the voice but with a simple increase in voice volume that is fixed! The price was also a big factor. All in all happy with my purchase.

This sound bar is amazing. I have a few sound bars in my home and they come with the surround sound speakers, this Polk audio doesnt but the sound quality is still better!! The subwoofer absolutely bumps. Best sound bar I've owned without a doubt.

I bought this Polk Audio system to replace the native sound out of the speakers of my 48" Sony flat screen TV. No comparison!! Great sound, easy controls, easy hook-up, excellent value for the price.

Pros: Center Channel Speaker Built In - Makes hearing what people are saying way clearer. Gives a sense of depth. Build Quality - You can tell this device is pretty solid, so it has a nice enclosure for the speakers. Sub - Sounds pretty good for being so small. Gives lots of bass when watching movies. Cons: Controller - Controller is kind of cheap, but most TV remotes will work with this soundbar.

This sound bar produces great sound in a nice package. The voice feature brings out voices so you don't have to crank all the other sounds up along with it. Nice that it has Bluetooth as well so we can play music direct from our Bluetooth devices.

This is a MUST have for your smart TV. The sound is so much better for movies & music.

The subwoofer will cut out if you have a wifi router anywhere in the proximity of the subwoofer and the sound bar. Once I turned my wifi router off it worked flawlessly. When I turned it back on the problem started again. Since my sub and soundbar are relatively close together i just connected them with a cable and it solved the problems with it cutting out. The remote is small which is nice, but it doesn't pack enough power to reach across a room. You'll probably end up walking a bit closer to your sound bar for it to register the button presses.

I originally purchased a Samsung sound bar to match my new Samsung 65 inch 4K TV , big mistake after one week of tiring to pretend that its sounded ok. I just couldn't stand it any more and took it back and purchased the POLK Sound bar after just plugging it in the difference was just unreal There was no comparison. I should have listened to the sales rep at best buy the first time but thought I'd save a little money Big Mistake, I'm Completely satisfied with My Polk Bar. There's a lot of truth about the phrase you get what you pay for. I've learned my lesson.

This sound bar sounds outstanding. The bass isn't booming but overall sound blends well. It's the extra boost that I was looking for, but not too much that it wakes my kids up at night.

First time owning a sound bar system. Unbelievable the difference it makes. Subwoofer is no joke...vibrates my butt sitting on the sofa sometimes. I'd purchase again if I ever need to.

Great sound clarity! The Polk Magnifi has resolved our problems with being able to understand verbal dialog of TV and movies. The sub woofer provides a movie theater quality dynamic. For the price, we are completely satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend the Polk Magnifi to friends and family.
