For the price it has a very good sound. It’s a bit large 14”x15”x14” so it didn’t fit my self. So I ran the speaker cords from the receiver through the wall to place it on the floor.

Great sound, looks nice, easy to use and set up was easy.

Easy to set up and use. Good sound for the price. Wife complains about the bass which is a good sign.

Saw this sub on sale and was in the market for a new home theater sub. Heard it on display and in the store it sounded ok better than what I had at home. When I hooked it up at home it was a completely different story. Filed the living room with nice hard hiring bass with it turned up about 1/3

For the price, I stole a high end sub that blows al other away. Love the adjustable features and clear deep sub power.

I needed to replace a similar subwoofer that started rattling badly. Simple to switch it out, and the documentation was very helpful to get the settings right with my receiver. The bass is very good and really adds a lot to our movie watching experience.

I didn't give this 5 stars because this is a replacement of another Polk subwoofer that I've only had for a few years with not that much use and it failed on me. I hope this lasts longer.

This seems to be a good entry level subwoofer for a sound novice like me. Looks nice, easy to set up, and sound seems ok so far. The bass doesn't thump quite like I'd expect it to in some situations, but that may just be some settings I need to adjust on the receiver. It was larger than I expected, as well, so be sure you have a place in your setup to put it. Decent value when on sale as well.

I needed an inexpensive subwoofer to finish off a basement theater set up, and this was the perfect addition to pair with my Polk floorstanding speakers. The subwoofer looks great, and it packs a fantastic punch. You'll be surprised at the power!

Looked at the psw10 for over a year, and decided to go with the psw108. Well worth it- I have a 5.2 receiver so I actually now have 2... If it’s on sale get it.

Performs nicely, priced competitively, and looks good.

This is a solid sub, but it has the L/R inputs rather than the single LFE sub port that I'm used to. Both of my tuners have a single LFE output port, so to get the best sound from the sub, be sure to setup the subwoofer channel on the tuner for Plus, or LFE + (which ever option is available) and plug into the left audio port on the sub. Adjustments for low pass and volume were fine after that and the sub added sufficient bass for movies and music.

Love this speaker! Use it on my back porch so it gets humidity and moisture around it. But since it’s solid wood it doesn’t seem to phase it. Been using for almost a year. Still works great. Nice bass to it.

The bass is thunderous but clear. No distortion in my opinion. The construction is sold and materials used is durable. The quality construction should meet any decor. This is my first Polk home speaker and this is a solid buy.

It was a little more than what I was going to buy, but sales person plugged it in and demoed. Sounded great in the store so I bought it thinking it would be even better at home. It was. It was so much better than what I was replacing I thought that perhaps the old one hadn't been working for a long time.

We purchased this 'open box' speaker for our son who is pretty particular about his sound system. He was very pleased.

I got this on sale over the holidays. It works good and I have not had any issues with it. Nice controls on the back.

I was truely Shock by this sub. Awesome power and deep rich tone. Well worth the money.
