Watched the 2015 remake with my 22 yr old daughter, super excited it would be as scary as the original. Was thoroughly disappointed in it. Bought the original so she could see what it was really meant to be. She LOVED it!

Don't let the PG rating fool you. If made today, it would get a hard PG-13. This is one of the scariest haunted house movies ever made.

This was one of the first horror movies I watched as a child and it was scary and amazing at the same time. The remake was terrible in comparison. Better graphics but that was all. You should always watch the original first!

Excellent movie , I highly suggest adding this incredible movie to your movie collection. It's a classic, that can be watched over and over again.

You gotta love the famous Steven Spielberg directed, Tobe hooper Directed... who directed this??? It's such a great film and if you're a horror fan, this is a must watch

Poltergeist is one of those classic horror movies that sticks with you. I still remember the first time I saw it when I was a kid, then begged my mom to buy me the VHS. The quality of the bluray makes for a whole new experience!

Poltergeist is perhaps on of Speilberg's best films. It is a good scare and the blu-ray is fantastic. I great horror movie!

What else is there to say. Most are familiar with this movie but for those who are not it is one of the better horror/suspense films from the 80's. I highly recommend checking this out if you have not done so.

I bought this for my teenage daughter to watch. She wanted to see what kind of movies I watched as a teenager. She was on the edge of her seat several times. Its nice to see this old film can still captivate an audience!

everything went well when picking this up. last year I wanted to b uy this and it was nowhere to be found. I wish you kept some good horror films available on days that are not just around Halloween

The movie that put the staple in "haunting movies" (in my opinion). If your one of the few people out there who has never seen this classic, do yourself a favor and puck it up! Cool edition Bluray too

So I was stocking up on horror movies for my blu ray collection & they had Poltergeist on sale for only $5.99 so of course I had to purchase it. Pretty scary movie for being only PG.

This movie really scared me as a kid. Not everything about it holds up now, but the pre-CGI special affects are still perfectly scary.

Loved the Visual effects. Wasn't sure why the girl was selected by the ghosts but it was a fun movie.

Poltergeist is one of the classic horror films from the 80's. This movie still holds up today, and looks great on blu ray.

One of the best horror movies of the '80s. The frights hold up and the cast is spectacular. The Blu-ray is a great upgrade.

Decently done version of a classic must watch horror movie.

This is the classic psychological thriller. So glad I finally got the blu ray for my collection.
