This is the only over the ear Bluetooth I've used for the past 6-7yrs. Nothing has changed and I'm actually glad about that cause it works great!!! Even on the freeway, with open windows, I can have a conversation and the peraon Im talking to doesnt even know it. They hear no wind noise. No bacground talk or voices. High pitch sounds do make it thru to the caller but, that's even rare! It has a pretty good range as well. I can be across the house and it's still rock solid! The only downside is the 6hr talk time. After about 1.5yrs, the battery doeant seem to hold as good of a charge, but then again, I use this daily and ALOT!!! Sometimes I even listen to music with it, and no one even knows. Lol

Sound is crystal clear. The battery lasts amazingly long for its size. The unit is lightweight and can be worn all day. I drive a big rig and this is my go-to bluetooth unit because despite all the noise, the person on the other end can always hear me. Plantonics does an amazing job with background noise suppression. I can leave my windows open, and never get a complaint about wind noise.

Plantronics makes an excellent bluetooth, light weight and easy to wear, this is my 3rd over the years and people can hear me and I am not drowned out by most surrounding noise. This model has more features than I can use but it works the best for me, the Voyager is the one that I recommend to everyone I know.

This works well. Quick connect; good speaker clarity and volume; reasonablly good noise suppression; it is very comfortable to wear; has an excellent battery life. The only real CON is that with glasses it sometimes does not stay on the ear.

Love this ear piece but I keep washing them in the washer!! I have purchased this model three times now because I forget to take it out of my pocket before I wash my pants. But the fact I keep buying the same one should be a testimonial to how much I like it. It is light and fits on my ear comfortably. It is reversible so can be used left or right ear. I also recommend the case as it keeps it charged and keeps it out of the washing machine. The noise canceling tech is amazing I have used this in a loud area and was able to talk to clients and they heard no distractions The only problem I have with this is that there is a sensor that detects when it is on your ear if you have long hair or wear glasses this may interfere with this sensor. There are other plantronic that would remedy this.

The product works well. Battery life is pretty good. My car has built-in Bluetooth which works well when the vehicle is sitting still. When the vehicle is moving there is a lot of road noise and the built-in Bluetooth is hard for people to hear me. This product solves that problem. I have not yet had anyone complain that they couldn't understand me. I just wish the volume could go a little higher.

My first one broke and they replaced it no questions asked. The earpiece is noise cancelling, very comfortable to wear and sometimes I forget I have it in my ear. I love sound quality and the battery charge lasts 7-8 hours. Connects easily.

My previous bluetooth was so small I kept losing it. Not only is the 5220 easier to physicaly keep track of, I recently used its locate function to find it after I absentmindedly tucked it into my jacket pocket. Good sound quality as one would expect. Decent battery life.

This bluetooth receiver is excellent. I found the clarity of signal to be strong, the ease of recharging it to be good, and the life of the charge to be good. The fit was decent (though the size of the receiver is on the large side). People who have spoken to me through this bluetooth device have said my sounds are clear. I recommend it.

Sounds really clear on both ends. Comfortable all day. Can be worn on either ear. Very long life on the battery. Add the battery case and I only charge it once to twice a week. And that's using it all day every day. I've splashed it at the sink, sweated all over it. I've dropped it and it's no worse for wear. I bought the 2 year warranty but believe I won't need it. Wish it wasn't as pricey as it is but worth it.

Connects easily to my iPhone 14. Comfortable but hard to keep in my ear. Clear sound but not very noise canceling.

This device works as expected with strong battery life and clear sound with noise cancellation. Despite its bigger form factor, it is more comfortable to wear and people can hear me better

First it is not as big as it looks. also its surprisingly light. PROS: it works and sound great when on the phone. everyone I talk to says that it sounds clear and that it doesn't pick up any background noise. easy to use and very well built. I also like how it is able to fold up for when you are not using it. I would definitely say that it is worth the money. CONS: NONE.... easy to loose track of

Nice device, most don't last very long for me, I used to go threw about 4 a year for various reasons, but this one model had only been replaced twice in 2 years, mostly because I have a dog who will snatch it from my ear while I'm sitting on the sofa. Very clear sound, very sturdy, comfy and battery lastso 7hours.

I have had a lot of different Bluetooth Headsets and this one checks all the boxes. It has great clarity, long battery life and great comfort. I can leave my i-phone on the second floor and it stays connected even in the basement. I can adjust the volume, make a call, answer a call and use voice text from the headset connected from the basement to the 3rd floor of the house. without losing connection. I prevent losing my i-phone by letting me know I have lost connection.

This product is lightweight and comfortable on my ear. Sound quality is great and even in very noisy invironments I can hear my phone ringing. It holds a charge nicely. I would recommend this product to consumers

I have been using this for many years and recently bought a new one as after several I wore out the rubber connector to the earpiece. Ise it every day for business calls. Very clear. Good battery.

I work from home and travel a lot for work. My cell phone is my only phone. Sound quality, clarity, reception, comfort, and battery life are equally critical. After testing many headsets, some at twice the cost, this is the only one that met every requirement. The voice control as well as button controls are easy to use and well designed. This is the best headset I've ever used. Great job!

Good battery life and voice quality. The fact that it pairs with 2 devices is a plus. I also like the "Find my headset" in the smartphone app. I also like the way the earpiece just sits in the ear canal and is much more comfortable than earbuds. I can wear this for hours without any discomfort. It also says on your ear and won't fall out like some earbuds do. However, it is not as comfortable behind the ear (especially if your wear glasses) and is harder to put on than other headsets.
