Nice device, most don't last very long for me, I used to go threw about 4 a year for various reasons, but this one model had only been replaced twice in 2 years, mostly because I have a dog who will snatch it from my ear while I'm sitting on the sofa. Very clear sound, very sturdy, comfy and battery lastso 7hours.

The fit is a little loose that's the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. That said, the sound during phone calls is very good. Even people on the other end say it's like I'm not even using an ear piece. The noise cancellation is GREAT! I was talking on the phone outside in the wind and the person I was talking to said I was perfectly clear, they couldn't hear the wind at all. I highly recommend.

My first one broke and they replaced it no questions asked. The earpiece is noise cancelling, very comfortable to wear and sometimes I forget I have it in my ear. I love sound quality and the battery charge lasts 7-8 hours. Connects easily.

My husband has always been a fan of the "thin backed" style for work. I bought this one to replace the old one I washed in the washer machine...oops. I was nervous about the back, but he put it on and was surprised about how light weight it was. He said it was incredibly comfortable and he uses it every day. The sound quality was on point. I also went ahead and paid the little extra for the replacement insurance since I tend to wash all his tiny electronics in the washer lol. Hope this helps!

I needed to replace my Bose Series 2 Bluetooth headset due to a failing battery. In my mind, it is the gold standard for headsets - crystal clear voices on both ends, even in noisy or windy environments. Initially, I purchased the Beats Bluetooth wireless in-ear headphones. The incoming voice is clear, loud and natural sounding. Unfortunately, the microphone has no noise cancelling features and the caller could hear every sound around me. I received constant complaints and no longer use the Beats for calls (only exercise and entertainment). The Voyager 5220 delivered much better results. Callers on the other end rarely report problems/difficulty hearing or understanding me. Occasionally, the boom gets too far from my face and callers will say that I faded out. In terms of incoming voices, the volume is low. I have it turned up to the maximum level on my iPhone and the speaker jammed into my ear. It's fine in quiet places (car, home, office) but hard to hear in noisy environments (train, train station, airport). Having said all that, it's usable.

I work from home and travel a lot for work. My cell phone is my only phone. Sound quality, clarity, reception, comfort, and battery life are equally critical. After testing many headsets, some at twice the cost, this is the only one that met every requirement. The voice control as well as button controls are easy to use and well designed. This is the best headset I've ever used. Great job!

Pros- Charge does last all day, I take calls, text and occasionally listen to music and only have to charge once a day. Sound is very crisp and clear. It announces who is calling when receiving calls. Still works during work out with sweat and even large movements doesn't fall off. Has a universal charging wire. Charges very quickly. Ear piece doesn't go all the way in ear so it fits comfortably and after a few days you don't even realize you are wearing it. Versatile can be worn on either left or right ear. Most of the time the noise cancellation works perfectly, only problem I have had is when in a vehicle it sometimes picks up the a/c blowing through vents. Cons- Sometimes you have to repeat or speak loudly to tell it to answer or ignore the call. Charging wire that comes in package is very short, but it is universal so you can find longer ones easily enough. The buttons to hang up or ask questions are hard to find when on ear, it just takes time to get used to finding them blind.

We've been using this Poly Voyager 5220 wireless Bluetooth headset at the office for several months now, and it works great for calls and meetings. The noise-cancelling feature is impressive. It blocks out background chatter and distractions effectively, making conversations clear even in a noisy workspace. The boom mic picks up my voice accurately without picking up surrounding sounds, which is essential for professional calls. Battery life holds up well through a full day of use, and the Bluetooth connectivity pairs seamlessly with phones, computers, and even integrates with Amazon Alexa for quick commands. The over-ear design is comfortable for extended wear, with adjustable fit and lightweight build that doesn't cause fatigue. Compared to basic headsets we've tried, this one offers superior sound quality and range, allowing movement around the office without drops. It's a solid choice for productivity, and I'd recommend it to anyone in a similar setup. Thanks, Best Buy, for providing reliable office gear like this!

Great headset for someone who doesn't like to hold their phone up during calls. Calls are crisp, and I use it to play music sometimes while shopping. Battery life is good, but for some reason it requires a USB A to charge unless you have the cradle which costs extra.

This product is lightweight and comfortable on my ear. Sound quality is great and even in very noisy invironments I can hear my phone ringing. It holds a charge nicely. I would recommend this product to consumers

Connects easily to my iPhone 14. Comfortable but hard to keep in my ear. Clear sound but not very noise canceling.

This device works as expected with strong battery life and clear sound with noise cancellation. Despite its bigger form factor, it is more comfortable to wear and people can hear me better

So far, in my many years of using headsets, I cannot find one that beats this one! Just can't! These are the best as far as clarity, both reception and on the other end. Noise cancelling is very good! Comfortable to wear for me anyway. Okay, the ding. Why is there a sensor for the ear??? I don't get that. I know why it's there, but it is useless to me. It only works about 50% of the time. It CONSTANTLY breaks connection with the phone (ear) when idle. Also, when it breaks connection with the ear, it won't voice dial. It still accepts incoming calls, but won't ID them. I finally gave up and turned the ear sensor off. NOW it works great! IDs callers in my list, voice dials fine, and stays connected to the phone EVEN when off the ear, which I don't do anyway. If I take it off, I shut it off. That sensor really is not needed. That is the only reason for the 4 stars. So, totally ignore the ear sensor (turn it off), and you have a great headset!

This is a great earpiece. Very comfortable and great sound quality. I can hear the person on the other end very clearly and they can hear me clearly, even when I'm in a noisy environment. I use this to listen to music and radio from my phone, while I'm working. The battery lasts very long.

Sound quality is good and microphone is very solid even with background noise. Used Bose headphones before but the microphone quality was horrible on Bluetooth for business calls. The battery life is about 6 hours of talk time on a single charge which is respectable. Very happy so far.

This is my third Bluetooth, the exact model over the years. It blocks noise to the other side of the line. Fits very well and good battery life. Before they were including the little sponge like cover to fit inside the ear but the stop and it does come out on longer period using it. But does not bother although it would be great if Poly includes them back.

The sound quality and range is where this headset sets itself apart. I guess there must be something to the 5.1 technology because it has way better range than my 5.0 earbuds. I make several calls a day from my work and I'm constantly on the phone which is why I use a headset. I have previously been using a bigger "call center" style headset that fits over the ear. The sound quality is amazing but they are also about $150. I wanted to get something different because they are cumbersome and kind of annoying. These have been far better than I expected. I waited a long time to switch because I assumed the sound quality would go down both on my end listening as well as my voice delivery but this has not been true. I highly recommend this product if you want something that is comfortable and compact.

I needed to replace my LG Tone Pro that had been extremely reliable for 6+ years. When I tried to purchase another I was quickly informed by Best Buy associates, that they no longer offered their extended warranty for LG products because the quality of them had degraded to the point where it did not make sense to carry or warranty them any more. The recommended choice was Jabra. After much research I actually decided to go with a Blue Parrot (B350 XT), forgoing the advice of the associate. After using for a 3 days I started getting complaints that people could not hear me and it was not the most comfortable (Over the ear) to wear for extended period of time. So I caved and exchanged it for the Jabra 45E. Hoping this would be the equal to the LG Tone Pro's I was very excited. Long story short, great sounding but could not keep the buds in my ears. Falling out constantly. The are oblong shaped buds and not a good fit for my ear at all. I also kept catching them on things as they do not retract and just kind of hang down on your shirt where they were susceptible to catching and just being in the way overall. I did like the quality and the extended warranty that was offered so I took them back and purchased the Jabra Talk 45. Again I had trouble with them fitting in my ear and my customers complained they could not hear me. So after consulting my many of my colleagues, the overwhelming feedback was to go with Plantronics. These are the most comfortable and best sounding bluetooth headset out of the bunch. I have received compliments on the sound quality and I can hear very well with them. I would give 5 stars but after a week of using them, the voice prompts have ceased that let me know if they are connected or not connected to my laptop/smart phone device. It also stopped providing talk time updates as well. So I will take them back to the Geek Squad to see what they recommend.

I had the previous model before this one and lost it. So, I bought this one and it’s even better than its predecessor!! Better audio, slightly more weight, better range, and overall just fells more comfortable in my ear. I would definitely recommend this product. Great buy and it was on sale too.

Good battery life and voice quality. The fact that it pairs with 2 devices is a plus. I also like the "Find my headset" in the smartphone app. I also like the way the earpiece just sits in the ear canal and is much more comfortable than earbuds. I can wear this for hours without any discomfort. It also says on your ear and won't fall out like some earbuds do. However, it is not as comfortable behind the ear (especially if your wear glasses) and is harder to put on than other headsets.
