We had seen the previews and felt it would be good. It was and is one of our favorite movies of it's type.

classic story told well, looks good and includes digital

I enjoyed the movie! The 3d was excellent. Tho I've seen other Pompeii movies I'd say that were better this movie was indeed good. I'd say Imdb doesn't come close to what it's rating should be I would recommend this especially for ones who collect 3d movies

Truth be told, I only bought this movie because of Kit Harington. Love him as Jon Snow.

This movie is a good way to teach about what happened at Pompeii.

This is a great movie, full of intrigue and suspense. Set in the days leading up to the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius, a slave on a ship heading for Naples works to get home to save the woman he loves and his best friend, a gladiator trapped inside the city's coliseum.

Very good movie. Based loosely on a historic event. Lots of action and just the right amount of romance.

It was a good action movie, like gladiator meets day after tomorrow. Special effects where great though.

This movie has a great Blu Ray Transfer. Excellent 1080P Picture, and nearly studio reference quality Sound. Special effects were amazing and looked natural, instead of computer generated. Keifer Sutherland was superb, and the storyline was actually better than expected.

Great vfx to visualize the catastrophe. Can't beat price for a 3-d movie. Story is okay.

Pompeii (Blu-ray Disc) is a great movie at a great price. Quality and delivery as expected.

It had a familiar story line interspersed with pretty good cgi effects. The ending was hokey.
